Woodland Oaks

Do not live here. I would give it 0 stars if I could! I was there a few months and moved out early. Staff does not respond, overcharging, bugs and that were not taken seriously, safety issues, etc. The list literally goes on and on. I would not recommend living here. The staff is kind but they either do not know what they're doing or they are purposely overcharging your residents account to see if you'll pay it without questions asked. And then when they are asked about the charges and for more information, they do not respond unless you go into the office and speak to them face to face. No emails answered, not phone calls returned, etc. The gates literally NEVER work. The units are old with paint slapped on top. Mine would flood when it rained. Roaches that were not taken seriously and when we called about that, there was no response. I do not trust anything about this property or the management. DO NOT LIVE HERE AND GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

With all the lying, the slow maintenance, the unprofessional management and office staff. This property is garbage. Do not Be fooled with all the positive reviews

Do even believe all these fake 5 star reviews listen to me I been here 2 years can’t wait into my lease it up to move ! If you don’t believe how trash these are go look up Vesta Realty LLC reviews that’s who owns this place

Pictures look 100 times better than the actual apartment. They don’t fix things that break like microwave and refrigerator. Refrigerator was leaking from behind where water connects and all they would do is bring me a heater to dry it up, so I had to pull it and shut it off. Will not give deposits back. They made an excuse that I scratched there crappie countertops up lol when they actually looked worse before I got there. Mailboxes constantly got broken into and they would tell nobody, only reason I know is because one day I whent to check the mail and the whole door was broken and all the mailboxes had been ransacked. I went to tell the manager and they said they know about it and it had been happening for a while.

They are apart of vesta realty. DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS. Please save your time, health, as well as mental sanity and do not move here. It is a scam and it is a waste. I had a brain tumor removal surgery in 2020 and extreme heat increase seizures and the office nor company has cared enough to get my AC fixed in over a month. I’ve had to go to the ER twice now because of it and they still won’t fix the AC nor offer me compensation. Vesta reality and Wedgewood does not care about your well-being. Do not move here whatsoever. The office staff seems very nice but they do not follow through with your requests. I’ve been constantly told someone’s on the property to fix the issue and they never come to my apartment. I also have a toddler who is being affected by this. They will say they care but they do not. Please do not move here.

I just loved how I was treated during my initial visit and even afterwards. The team at woodland has definitely done a great job in making this moving process easy as a possible

Because of not being able to get hot water in the kitchen it would be hard for me to do so

I would recommend because its affordable and neighbors are relatively quiet, neighborhood it pretty safe, and the space is nice.

The staff was friendly and courteous. They did not have a problem with me calling and asking questions during my application.

Office staff always treats any issues I may have as important. The maintenance staff is very knowledgeable and courteous.

Great amenities, great staff, love the grounds with all the trees, and it's a gated community!

I recommend Woodland Oaks to any of my friends looking for an apartment to rent. I have absolutely loved it here for nearly two years.

We have great maintenance people here and the Management is excellent.

Shopping is close by. Access to main highway is wonderful both 169 and Creek

The staff here are very professional and very knowledgeable of what they do.

The staff is extremely communicative and kind. Very well taken care of apartments. Affordable with lots of amenities. Good school district.

It's a pretty safe place and I like all the maintenance guys they were so sweet to my 1yr old big puppy and I enjoyed watching them play with him.

Everyone at the leasing office is very kind and understanding, they have been extremely helpful which I really appreciate them for it and I can't wait to move in!

Quiet and I feel mostly safe. Needed maintenance is timely and the office staff is friendly and professional.

Its awesome to have a dog park.

Great place to call Home

It was so clean, peaceful, at a reasonable price. Also close to restaurants, mall and a gas station.

I've already recommended some friends. But the rent can feel alil pricey and personally my gate code doesn't work and that makes it alil bi of a hassle.

The communication between me and the workers are great. The apartments are beautiful and the rent isn't high.

It is safe, beautiful, and has a higher standard than most.

I like that it seemed quite when I visited. Appeared to have sufficient parking. I like apartment structure. Preferred over the other apartments that have 3 levels.

I like the location of the apartment and its proximity to the mall as well as restaurants. Privacy, pet friendly, and children are important and the complex meets those expectations.

The maintenance staff and office staff are friendly but I think that we are charged too much for all of the maintenance issues and lack of amenities that we are offered.

I would advise to make sure you get a final walk through before getting keys. Also how wonderful the porches are and the location is.

I haved lived here since 2008 and lived here in the 90s as well, Dayna and staff are fantastic! Would not go anywhere else.

my friends are spread all over the usa now but I WOULD RECOMMEND TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS FOR THE LOCATION AND THE OFFICE MGR AND STAFF AND THE MAINTENANCE THEY TEND TO YOUR NEEDS ALWAYS

I have actually referred quite a few people here when they were talking about moving! I have enjoyed my time here so far and look forward to the coming year living here!

I would definitely recommend this apartment complex because not only is Woodland Oaks located in a great area, but the apartments are so nice & updated at a price that I can actually afford. (I'm 20 working several jobs). I was looking everywhere for an apartment like this - up to date (style, appliances), good location, w/d hookups, & good price + more! Not only are these apartments perfect for me, but there are so many extras that are really exciting! There's a beautiful private porch & some apartments have a fire place! Also, it's a gated community. I can't wait to move in!
