Woodland Lakes Apartments

I have no issues with the apartment, location or amenities, all my needs has been covered, the GYM and pool are in good conditions and the gardens are well cared.

Very happy with lovely living space, safety/security seem strong. Landscape is beautiful. Appreciate responsiveness of office staff and Marcus! Fiber-Op seems good. We love living at one level given our advanced mobility issues (Yeah, that guy with the big walking stick!). We are happy living here and look forward to meeting many of you. Ned & Verna Curtis

Have been here 12 years. We have been satisfied. They are interested in you personally. Maintenance is excellent. Office answers your questions or problems within a timely manner. Landscaping is amazing.

I appreciate the view from my apartment. I enjoy the trail for riding my bike. It is very comfortable to be able to take walks in the complex and be safe . I like the somewhat quietness, the annoying part is a lot barking from dogs on the front side of the building during the day. Otherwise very friendly neighbors

Very good space and stays very cool in hot summer days. Upstairs neighbors are a bit loud but as long as I got a roof over my head I can’t complain to much

I like the location very much. Country living right next to the city and highway access. I enjoy the walking trail and close shopping in Holt and South Lansing.

Woodland Lakes apartments are decent and the maintenance is timely and reliable. But the rent is ridiculous. That why we are moving. The rent has been raised 4 times since we have been here. We are on a fixed income and can’t afford it any more.

Very spacious and homey feel, the staff was amazing to work with, answered all my questions and was patient with us. Lots to do around the community

Love the community very quiet we went from owing to renting to get back on our feet and this place has so far treated me and my family amazing

Just moved in. Asked to fix my garbage disposal and it got fixed it right away. Nice place. Everyone seems to be respectful. The walls were freshly painted. Looking forward to using the pool and workout room.

Great community. Very helpful and caring staff. Location is awesome. Trails and ponds are great. Country living so close to everything in the city. I love the layout of my apartment. It has all the comforts and space I need.

Moving in was easy. Walking around the community seems to be nice. Love seeing the kids enjoying the outdoors, let me know that it's seems like a safe environment for our children.

We moved to Woodland Lakes to be closer to family and the country. It's been great so far. We've lived here for 5 months and the only nuisance is occasional trash because there's only one trash compactor. Other than that, friendly area, parks and walking trails nearby, 10 minute drive from grocery stores and fast food.

I love this place. It is very clean and area is also scenic. I appreciate the playground for the kids and I love the access to the highway and the surrounding stores.

I’m still very happy with my apartment. My only concern is how much my rent may go up again this year. 2 months notice really isn’t sufficient time if it’s too high to find another place to live. There’s no reason we shouldn’t have more notice but other than that I have no complaints.

Very nice living area. I enjoy the view of the pond and quietness. I am a little concerned about the increase of the monthly rent. I am on SS and it only stretches so far. The government issues worry me ??

I love living here so far. We lived here a couple years ago and came back because we like it here a lot better. The other residents and staff members have been so welcoming

I absolutely love it here and I’m so happy. I love all the amenities and the property and how quiet and peaceful it has been. I am very excited for spring to bloom and to get out and enjoy the local trails.

i have lived here for 13 years. The community is safe and friendly. The staff is always willing to help. If I have a problem or need something fixed they are on it immediately to see it gets resolved. I am so glad I moved here.

I am so happy with my new move. The apartment was extremely clean upon moving in, and so far it has been very quiet and peaceful. I was skeptical of the trash compactor, but now I really love it and appreciate that there isn’t a bunch of garbage throughout the community.

Nice, modern units and a lovely community with nearby walking trails. I did have trouble with my washer and/or dryer in both units I lived in, but the issues were resolved very quickly (and I'm so happy to have in-unit laundry!).

Me and my family have been a resident at Woodland Lakes for over nine years now and we truly enjoy the peacefulness cleanliness and the prompt response for maintenance.

We have liked living here. Any issues we have had have been addressed. All maintenance requests have been done in a timely manner and well. The grounds are always kept clean and the neighbors are all quite nice

I enjoy living here it’s very peaceful and doesn’t feel like I have neighbors! Especially coming from someone who lived in a home right before moving in!

Beautiful apartments with amazing neighbors that are considerate. I love the trails to the park and in nature. So far living here is a blessing.

Confortable place to live, friendly neighborhood I get a carport very fast and in right in front of my house. All kinds are outside running and playing

very nice! not too clean when we first moved in & our neighbors are horrendous & loud& dirty & nothing is done about it & the shower faucet doesn't work but overall pretty good

We love living here. The atmosphere is so nice. You live surrounded by trees. It has a country setting with the city right around the corner.

I wish there were more parking spaces and that the roads didn't curve the way they do. It's too narrow in certain spots and makes having an accident easier.

Very happy with everything dirour time here, we moved in, in late January of this year very nice staff. Great response when any maintenance issues have came up, lawn is mowed weekly, in the one or two snowfalls since we have been here the sidewalks and streets were plowed very quickly. Any questions I have had are always answered very quickly and with answers.

Great apartment complex. Nice and quiet. Been here 3 years. Staff is excellent. Close to the highways and some grocery stores. Lots of dogs, almost all of them are well behaved. A few cosmetic improvements have been made in the past few months.

We have been here for a full year plus now. The experience has continued to improve monthly. We love the new additions of lights for night time. The floral is always on par and beautiful each season. We love living in this area and at Woodland Lakes

Our neighbors are all very nice and everyone is coming together and says hi and checks in. It’s a great community. Clean always, and if anything needs fixing they are on top of it. Outstanding place to live

Parking isn't always the greatest, and I could live without the $200 rent increase, but I do enjoy living in this very nice complex. I feel safe here, and the location is perfect.

Living here has been great. Love the community, staff is pretty friendly, and the neighbors are great. Not much to complain about. Will be living here another year!

Wonderful place to live, just too expensive for 1 person and wish they had more 1 bedrooms to offer or else I would stay. I will miss this place!

So far this place has been great. Especially coming from just 2 miles north of here. A lot better. The complex is spacious and filled with plenty pleasant faces and smiles. The area itself is so nice. You have quick access to all of the walking trails. Grocery stores are right around the corner. And yet. Everything feels so secluded and out of the way. Very nice place to live

Really no complaints other than my neighbors constantly leave trash on our doorstep or in the shared yard and sidewalk space. Maintenance is incredibly quick and thorough, amenities are great, and everyone who lives and works here is nice!

Great neighborhood, great staff, nice apartment. The only downside is that there’s only 1 trash dumpster that is far from my apartment and I have to drive to there every time.

The move-in process was very easy due to the staff, being very efficient and answering all of my questions and concerns. And the maintenance people made sure that my apartment was ready on time

This is a very quiet place to live. Neighbors are kind. The maintenance department responds very quickly. The staff are courteous and polite.

Very friendly staff who are always willing to help. I love our home. I will say one thing I hate is they never cleaned up the paint off my floors before we moved in

This is my 3rd time using woodland lakes as a transition housing over the years since they were built many years ago. Great place to live and super quiet.
