Leonardo the maintenance man said someone was coming to clean the carpet in my master bedroom because of a leak but it hasn't happened and that was 2 days ago. He was supposed to have tightened the toilet seat on the master bathroom toilet but it is still wobbly. The ceiling in the master bathroom where the leak occurred looks as if it has mold on it
Great work Once again Leo have come thru with his ac knowledge, and continues to keep the residents happy with that knowledge. Leo keep up the great work.
Jose' did an excellent job of replacing my garbage disposal and I appreciate the fact that he put everything under the sink back in place

I drove two hours yesterday on my only day off just not to tour the apartment. I can honestly say I’m no longer interested. My appointment was at 3pm I showed up on time the lady explained the apartments and cost an got a call and told me to wait . She talked to a potential client on the phone over 20 mins . I told her I have to go because I had another tour with another apartment scheduled. When she takes me to the place in the golf cart in the cold and rain we get to the place and she can’t open the door it’s now 3:30 and all I did was wait and get disappointed to not didn’t even get to see the inside of the apartment. The lady then tells me we can wait on maintenance to come and open the door but she doesn’t know when they will come back but we can wait . I told her I just want my drivers license back and another thing the list of charges at this apartment is ridiculous. I was told I would pay a security deposit and a 155 fee for and credit fee and water fee . I never heard of such a thing in my life . I wasted my time yesterday for nothing to not even do a tour.

German roach infestation in most buildings, management changes every other year and the newest group has horrible communication skills. The new group may have painted and added a dog park, but they refuse to properly treat infestations. Too many band-aids and not enough fixes.
Stayed here only for a couple months before a shooting and break-in took place and my apartment was RIGHT next to the leasing office. Nothing was done, and was "TOLD" I would just have to pay a certain amount to get out of my lease. They took my money, never gave me my deposit back or answered the phone. Then months later I receive a collection on my credit for extra money I didn't owe...they even added months I was there that I paid rent. Even paid online which all of a sudden couldn't get into the account to print the receipts and I was supposed to get emailed receipts as well and they stopped sending.
When I stayed there 2 years ago. the maintenance man and staff was always so nice and fixed anything I ever needed fixed before 2 days. The apartments were kinda old but were at a good price. Its a little pricey now but I would move back because it is a good area but bad traffic.
This place is beyond disgusting. Maintenance gets reported and never resolved, infestation is off the charts not only that wood in my apartment has been mildewing. Crime rate in this area is not a place to raise your children. The air conditioning drains water also another mold and mildew situation , I can not wait to break my lease and move to a better place. Rent shouldn’t be anywhere as close to what it is due to unprofessionalism , & uncleanliness. I hope everyone sees this review and choose and better living condition especially if you have children.
This place is disappointing.The office peple are rude and when you need anything fixed they never go.They claim it is a friendly place to live but the dumpsters are full of trash that you can smell it in the air from far away.People could get sick and the just don’t care!
This place is horrible in everyway.The apartments are trash full of insects,and the office people are rude and lazy.You tell them you need something fixed in your apartment and they take the longest of time to get to you.Whenever they do get to you they do the job very poorly.I just had the most uncomfortable experience in this place.Some of the people i know thought it was going to be just fine,but that was at first.I definitely do not recommend this trash place to anyone in this whole world!
I've been here for about 3 weeks now and I like it a lot. The leasing office staff is awesome and super friendly. The maintenance guys have no problem fixing anything you need fixed almost immediately (guess because I'm not rude). It's a chill low key area and I haven't encountered any drama or problems. Pretty sure I'll be staying for a while!
They have the biggest ROACHES EVER. They don't have proper exterminators so they don't go away EVER. Also, centipedes and other weird bugs. Cars have been broken into and gun shots can be heard. The Police does not come when called, there is no security that patrols the property, the dumpster looks like a LANDFILL as 2 other complexes are dumping their trash in there as well. It's disgusting and I've seen a rat. The property is NOT taken care of. Live somewhere else and do NOT listen to the Property Manager. They are LYING and they DO NOT CARE about their residents. Maintenance is horrible and it's just the worst place ever. PAY THOSE EXTRA FEES that other places charge for your PEACE of mind. I promise you, this isn't worth it.
The office staff was terrible not friendly at all. The maintenance was not any better, it could take up to 3 months for them to respond to a maintenance issue. There was all way an issue with trash on the ground and around the dumpster. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
When I moved into this apartment I provided them with a detailed list of all the things that was broke or not working. Four weeks into living here they finally "fixed" my AC but then it went out 2 days after. I had a squirrel in my wall and it took them over a week to have someone come out which they only did after I sent them a recording of it in my walls. However they still not get it removed. The finally had the holes in the roof fixed in my unit and some others. Oh and they never go the squirrel out of my walls, they did fix the hole but the squirrel was still inside so it died and I had to deal with the smell for about a week, even after I told them about the smell nothing was done. I moved out at the end of July of 2017 after living there for a year. This is the worse apartments that I have ever lived in. They never fixed my AC. Half of my windows did not have screens including my patio. Which means not only didn't I have AC but I couldn't even open all my windows to get some air. They have bug issues, they never fix anything. They have a serious trash issue which caused huge rats to run around outside. Nothing has been upgraded since probably the early 2000. They staff will ignore you until you either go up there in person or threaten to call Housing. If you can afford to live any place else then please do. If not then make sure you review the unit that you are moving into before you move in it. Make sure that the AC is working, because they will never fix it if it's not. Make sure that your unit is no where near the trash or you will have rodents. Best Wishes!
You can read further that I am not the first one to be disappointed after moving here. After being a resident for over two years I have had multiple issues with my 3 bedroom unit on Pinebark Ct. I have not had my apartment re-painted even after renewing my lease and on my third year now. I have had my AC out of operation for over 2 MONTHS with multiple work orders issued and still NO SERVICE! My recent room mates have had to move out since they have a infant and it is unsafe for their baby due to the HEAT! The staff are unaccountable and useless when you need service. It is NOT SUITABLE TO LIVE HERE. If you are seriously looking for a place where they care about you after you sign don't move in here like I did. Best of Luck! A
I lived at this location for one year and overall it was OK! One concern I had was all of the red mud outside of the apartment that's easily tracked throughout the home. Additionally, the AC broke on numerous occasions and often took days for anyone to come fix it. They offered me a fan, however, when I called back in to inquire on it the property manager told me they were all being used by others whom had broke air conditioners. My biggest problem is now that I'm not a tenant they've been withholding my security deposit for more than 90 days which is illegal in the state of NC! I've reached out to the property manager at Woodland Estates that stated she was going to provide me with a tracking number for my check because shes "submitted" my request 2-3 times. She has given me the run around and told her employees to tell me that she wasn't in the office, however, when I've called and asked specific questions the employee puts me on hold or sets the phone down to speak with the manager. Also, I've reached out to corporate for several weeks and all I get is a voicemail.
This will happened to you after you sign your lease in here...The office staff is not friendly/rude ..(brittany and lavonne)... they dont make you to feel this's your home and maintenance not for the better ... I have asked several times to fix my A/C (i have 3 weeks without A/C)they answer was "there is something wrong over and over and they waiting for someone to find out whats the problem.... People DON'T put works online because they dont care at all they dont take the time to follow up and when you call about it they never know theres a work order pending( i have six work orders online and they still in progress BAD/UNHAPPY ... I cant to move!!!
Let me just say this place is terrible. I wanted to break my lease 2 months of living there. There is a really bad and I mean BAD roach problem. I've had them spray and I bought spray myself to try and help the situation but that hasn't worked. Not a healthy environment for kids. And there is MOLD PROBLEM! Maintenence sucks at completing issues. I've had the same ones since move in 5 months ago and haven't been rectified. Rent may be cheap but it's not worth it! Make them show you a flipped apartment before signing the dotted lines. BEWARE!
A few of the neighbors are fine and well but you'll find some nights you won't sleep because someone will play loud music. Even though a letter was sent out the problem has not stopped. Do not rent here unless you are desperate for shelter or you will regret it! You're better off staying at a family members house.

This is a great place to be it nice and in the cut. If you have a issue with any thing they come right then to fix it. The people in the office are very nice. I love it here.
Horrible location,I did not feel safe coming home. Apartment was not worth the price and office personnel are rude and not very friendly. I only stayed a year and that was too long.
