Had some concerns with the place they addressed them and fixed it I enjoy it here the little forest in the back has a lot of different animals turkeys and deer and I have even see a few wood peckers rent did go up but not by much I understand it. They work with you if you’re transparent with them. Friendly people and spacious home for me and my dog!

Everyone is friendly and staffing is super helpful! It’s a tiny bit expensive but that’s kind of every apt complex rn, the only complaint I would have is my buildings washing machines was broken for a while but other than that the place has been great to live at!

We love living at Woodlake! The apartments are tucked back in the woods so it is quiet and calm. We have easy access to Kent Trails in the complex which makes walking our dog much more pleasant. Repairs are completed in a timely matter. Staff is great, especially the crew who keep the grounds clean. We utilize the 24 hour access gym regularly and the pool and grill area in the summer time.

Very nice setting, and we chose this apartment after an exhaustive search. The office staff was helpful but in my opinion, somewhat rigid/inflexible with respect to their policies---they would contend that is the way they have to do it.

Very solid place to live. Walls are a little thin but it’s an apartment so it’s to be expected. I do see a lot of residents walking along the main winding road through our complex but there are no sidewalks.

Nice place to live . Haven’t had any issues. Nice pool in the summer and great office employees. Very clean grounds. Haven’t needed to call maintenance for anything inside my apartment but we did have a loose piece of wood on the stairs leading to our apartment and maintenance took care of it within an hour of calling .

The parking at this apartment complex is absolutely ridiculous. You pay for parking but you're not guaranteed a parking spot. That is my top complaint.

I really appreciate the apartment community. I enjoy receiving a notification about the office giving away plants, hosting breakfast, and so-on. It’s these little things that help bring everyone together even if it’s for a short period of time.

In the last year the community has taken a pretty drastically bad turn. From a home invasion turned into a swat stand off (luckily no one was hurt) to domestic disputes with doors getting kicked in, car break-ins. Some of this is just the nature of the rural areas anymore but some of this is avoidable. Having past due notices for things charged you weren't made aware of and had said charges looked into and credit back because of error only to again get charged. It's all becoming anything but pleasant. It's nice to be in a more secluded location but with many new complexs being built around town may be a time to start looking around.

Cost of rent is about twice as much as the apartment is worth - multiple coats of the cheapest eggshell white paint they can find over poorly patched holes in the wall. Cheapest plastic carpet installed with tack strips that repeatedly poke your feet and lift up at thresholds. It is unfortunate that apartments of this quality can be leveraged at the price they are, when their value is no where near.

Good service; However apartments are too old. If you are looking to rent a place with good air flow, space, good ventilation, space in the kitchen area (if you like to cook), more updated apartments features (from hardware to layout) etc… then this is not a recommended place for you. The office and maintenance department on the other hand are very good at their job and respond very quickly.

Rent is still too high. Love the location close to everything. Apartments are okay but need some serious upgrades. Maintenance is good as well as office staff.

Id recommend these apartments to all, especially those with a dog! Staff is extremely helpful and friendly! The outdoor maintenance does a phenomenal job keeping the sides of the road clear during the fall season to make for safe walking for my dog and I!

Good location. Close to stores, restaurants, churches, doctors and hospitals. Rent increases yearly. Depending on the location of your apartment, parking could present an issue especially on the weekend. Maintenance and office employees are courteous, and respond as quickly as possible to issues as a matter of urgency. For the most part living here has been ok. Utilities are shared for gas, water, sewer, garbage. These are split between other residents so if you get a resident that has washer, dryer or likes to shower often expect your Utilities to be more. You pay electric and your cable. Limited as to who you can choose. NO DISH ALLOWED.

Great community. I enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and environment. The one thing I do wish there be improvement for would be better lighting for the apartment signs, as they are difficult to see when it gets dark.

We have a very spacious 2 bedroom apartment with plenty of room for 2 adults, 1 teenager and a dog. Parking lots, trails, dog park, pool and gym are well maintained and staff is always friendly. Maintenance requests are completed timely. Highly recommend renting at ReNew Woodlake.

I've only been here a few weeks but love it so far! The office and maintenance have been friendly and great! I don't hear my neighbors very often and my view is beautiful! The property has trees all over that make it feel less like a large apartment complex.

Been here a little over a week now, everything seems chill. I really like it so far! The people are chill, staff is nice, and the 2 bed 1.5 bath has more moving/living space than l expected.

I love it here! It's beautiful, I love the nature around me with all the trees and deer, and it's peaceful. The office staff have been very helpful with the transition. I feel right at home at Woodlake Apartments.

Clean, friendly. Nice unit. Very quiet and peaceful. Good parking. Trash pickup is frequent. Everything is super close by. Pool and exercise area are very clean and nice.
