I had an exceptional move-in experience at Woodhaven at Parkbridge. After visiting over 15 communities in search of a place with immediate availability, Woodhaven truly stood out. The welcoming staff, prime location, pristine cleanliness, and the highly-rated elementary school nearby were all major highlights. The community is gated and offers fantastic amenities, and everything from the apartments to the streets is exceptionally well-maintained. I was even able to tour the actual unit before committing, which wasn’t the case at many other communities I visited. A special thank you to Tiara, the Assistant Property Manager. She went above and beyond to understand my urgent need for an immediate move-in, handling all the paperwork with incredible efficiency. She kept me informed every step of the way and answered all my questions with the utmost patience.

I’ve been living here for about a week now, and it’s been a fantastic experience, the Woodhaven team has been very helpful and were fantastic when it came to helping me with my situation at the time before the move in. Long story short, messy breakup, my ex ruined me and my credit and I was left with zip. They sent me resources that would help me get in here, and I have to say, I was blown away, I’m now living here so clearly their help was detrimental. I’ll always be grateful. 5 stars

Overall it's pretty good but the appliances, flooring, etc...the unit itself actually is pretty old and can use some upgrading; however, this is a pretty safe community..just definitely would recommend upgrades.

Well I have to say I’m really impressed with the Woodhaven community. I had to find a new place due to a messy breakup, I was basically out of my own home on December 5th, I started working with the Woodhaven team around December 20th. They were very understanding of my situation, especially with my credit that was ruined due to the breakup. They had all the resources I needed to move in, including a company called “the guarantors” that allowed me be approved for the apartment regardless of my credit score being damaged. After a couple weeks I had the first months payment and I was able to move in. On first inspection the apartment was immaculate, clean, smelled great, completely dusted and wiped down, new carpet, I was shocked. There were a few things that were not working but the maintenance team had it fixed within the hour. I’m proud to call this place my new home! I would recommend this location to anyone interested. 5 stars. Special thanks to Eric who helped me during the process, as well as the property manager Kurt.

So, far mostly good things to say about my unit and experience living here. Feels pretty safe and it's quiet. The only annoying part is we pay for a mail system that mail carriers don't use. They just shive everything in a room so it gets lost or stolen.

Calm neighborhood. Good amenities. Great management. My only complaint is that some people drive down the middle of the roads instead of keeping right, lots of close calls because people are just clueless.
This place is very clean. I love my new apartment. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I Also love that many stores that I go to are in walking distance.

Comfortable and nice experience to live in Woodheaven. It's clean and peaceful community. Children play and dog park also here. Management is also friendly.
I really like the place and it is well maintained. The application process was somewhat arduous. Looking forward to some tennis and the gym.
It was nice , just had some issues at the application and the communication was not clear but the place and amenities are nice! Just be careful with noise so you do not perturbed other neighbors and keep your pets always leashed

Very clean and nice. The staff were able to move us in on a quick notice and the apartment we got was fully renovated with brand new carpets.
The staff made my move into the complex the easiest transition I have had in a while at an apartment complex (and I’ve lived in many complexes). The grounds are beautiful and regularly cared for. The amenities are great and the location is perfect. I enjoy the layout for the apartment. And while the apartments are older, the upkeep and renovations are great. It’s a quiet complex, which I love. Maintenance is responsive and always pleasant. I will definitely be here for a while.

The complex feels safe, and out of the busy life of the city. The apartment is nice, spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. Problems are fixed quickly.
Our rental experience was awesome. The search for a place to live included about 20 locations. We found Woodhaven at Park Bridge to be perfect for our needs and decided on the spot when toured the property. A nice quiet community, well maintained grounds and in a great location. The approval process was detailed and thorough but it was all on-line and easy to complete. The move in process was seamless and only took about 15 minutes on move in morning to gain access.
This is the cleanest/most well-maintained apartment community I’ve ever lived at or been to. Management does a great job and maintenance is timely if needed.
Hi, I’ve only been here for a week, and I honestly feel so happy. The atmosphere is filled with harmony and peace. I have two dogs, and it’s also a welcoming and inclusive environment for them.
The property is full of roaches and all of the office staff is nasty. Also the apartments are spacious but it's not worth the money because spider webs and spiders are bad as well.
Have only been living here 2 weeks but so far no complaints. Pretty much everything that was bad at our previous apartment complex this place does a million times better. Our leasing agent Sierra was also very helpful and responsive during the leasing process.
Although moving in can be a trying experience, this move was seamless and very easy! Eric was a delight to work with! I am looking forward to living here!
The experience overall is pretty good but for the price that is being paid to rent, the units could definitely stand an upgrade as far as the appliances. I do believe the community as a whole can be upgraded as these are older buildings.
My first days in Woodhaven felt like days in a holiday resort.The beautiful nature trail behind my apartment and the wonderful pool atmosphere made me feel like vacation.My Apartment getting more and more like a home and my neighbors are all friendly and welcoming.I am so happy with this very good and delicious restaurant near by and the shopping areas near by.
Everything is perfect around. The society is pretty, the apartment is prettier. Love the area, safe and secure. Couple of things that I found difficult because of which I gave 4 stars not 5. 1. My washer dryer unit is still not in, its been a week. It is getting difficult for me now. I have a 5 days per week office and I need to laundry frequently. 2. The trash system is difficult, if a person doesn’t have a car, it is difficult to carry the trash all the way to the trash area.
Its been wonderful experience so far. Loving this community. Just rent is bit higher. Best location. Supporting maintenance team. Near by to grocery stores.

Great initial impression except theres a bunch of ants in the visitor center and my apartment had no laundry machines. I’m not sure how long I’ll have to wait but does make it a bit inconvenient since I have lots of laundry and 3 kids. Other than that everything is phenomenal. Love the quality of my apartment and the floor plan and the beautiful kitchen and floors etc.

Love it!! Eric is amazing and the rest of the staff is so helpful! My neighbors are great and I feel very safe! The pool is beautiful, gym is great, and I barely ever hear my neighbors while in my apartment.

Nice clean place. Residents and staff are very friendly. It’s a little costly but not completely out or range if market. Recommend this place.
Terrible so far. We moved in Wednesday and discovered the apartment was infested with cockroaches. Advised the office right away and were told they couldn’t do anything about it until the next Tuesday. Spoke to the manager again and Thursday and he said he would try to get someone there to exterminate Friday—and then never heard back from him. Ended up going to a hotel—on the 4th night there now. Trying all the roach killers we could buy to try to make the place somewhat livable so we can move in. It’s shocking that this wasn’t taken care of immediately.

We’ve lived here for 5 years. Staff is friendly, grounds are clean, and maintenance is always quick to respond to any issues. The only complaint, is we wish that air filter changes were scheduled through the complex instead of being upon request.

Overall, my experience moving into this apartment was positive. The staff was helpful from the initial visit to the move-in process. Although there were some miscommunications regarding charges for additional items, it didn't overshadow the overall good experience. The apartment staff were attentive and accommodating, making the transition smooth.
