Hello I've been a resident for the last 8 months. The attentive staff and facility features are excellent. The gym, pool, car wash, trash service and work order urgency is TOP OF THE LINE!

Relatively quiet community in a safe area. Surrounding area is developing nicely. Responsive staff. Different options for families or people living alone.

The location is very central and peaceful. The office team and maintenance team are professional and efficient. My only complaint is truly due to neighbors and some inconsiderations within the public areas.

Since I been here everything has been going well and I have not had any issues. I do think the Valet teas takes to long to come by and bags be outside my door longer than they should which causes cats to tear in the bags.

Great living area. also affordable i pay 1600 for a 2br 2b and garage. service request are also done fast air went out one night they were there first thing in the morning

I have been here for about 5 years. For the most part I am happy. However, I have never had anything upgraded in my apartment but yet rent keeps increasing. At least at renewal, come Clean the carpet or something.

Love the quiet atmosphere. The fact that the management office moves quickly to take care of any issues is a plus. Just happy that I made the choice to join the community.

It’s been two years now that I’ve been living at Woodcreek Farms and I can honestly say that it’s been the best experience so far. I enjoy how quiet and safe the community is. It’s such a great feeling to get off work and come to a quiet space to relax!

The community is nice and has been fairly quiet so far. As a person who likes to workout, the gym equipment really needs to be updated. The community could also do a better job of holding some residents accountable for the cleanliness of their patio areas. It can be an eyesore at times. Other than those two issues, the community has been a pleasant experience.

The entire staff here at Woodcreek Farms is top notch. Krystal and Siena in the office are always super friendly, they do stuff for the apartment community to make them feel wanted, quick to reply back in regard to emails sent, and welcoming. I couldn’t think of a better office staff. Terry and Nick, the two maintenance guys are great! When it comes to service requests submitted, they’re super quick to get to them and always fix the problem on the first try. Can’t compliment these four folks enough.

I’ve been here 3 months. No complaints . Maintenance request are always handled in a very appropriate time frame (same day) some times first thing next morning. Very clean. Office staff great

I enjoyed the experience and the kindness that has been shown thus far. The community seems quiet and welcoming. I will be able to share more of my experiences once I have been a part of the community for a while.

It’s ok living here, but the fluctuation in rent makes it hard for someone that wants to save and buy a house. One thing apartments should have is more parking spaces or assigned parking spaces.

Nice quiet place to stay. Good neighborhood and neighbors everyone keeps to themselves. Easy access to the highway and the shopping areas nearby.

Awesome customer service of the maintenance department ! Great response! Water heater went out previously and replacement was done momentarily! Consideration was given in MY situation! Hands on! Greatly appreciated!

Everything was amazing! I couldn’t ask for a better place. Though I’m moving out for other personal reasons, I couldn’t recommend this place more

This was one of the best move in experiences! The office staff are very helpful and informative and the apartment is in great shape. Amenities are awesome and it’s a very quiet community.

The staff here are extremely helpful and truly care for their residents. The staff and maintenance team are quick to address any and all concerns. I have had nothing but a positive experience here.

A lot of issues within the apartment itself like mold and leaks. Maintenance and management don’t seem to care and only do the bare minimum to patch it up rather than address the real problems.

My living experience at Woodcreek Farms has been pleasant. Front office and maintenance have been very accommodating. A great place to stay and close to the interstate.

Ive been here a day & love it already! The staff is great! It looks so clean and well put together here. It’s Peaceful! My view from my balcony gives me a peace of mind.

Manager is really nice and understanding and handles problems with efficiency. Overall nice community and very dog friendly which is a plus. Great for young families.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living here. The complex is kept up nicely, maintenance requests are handled quickly and the staff is very friendly and offers many resident perks.

It is very quiet and peaceful here. I had a problem with my dishwasher and they replaced it without any problems. Valet trash pick up is nice. Everything feels solidly made. The front office staff is fantastic. I love living here!

Great customer service to the young ladies in the front office. They were very professional and timely during my walk through and lease signing.

The apartment manager Ms Kristal was welcoming with an infectious smile that warmed my heart. The cup of coffee provided before my tour made a huge difference considering i had driven all the way from Georgia and was to travel back. On touring the house, it was all clean and the ambience was attractive to the eye. Looking forward to enjoying staying at my new home. The kids and I love the place so much. The community is cool with no noise.

I feel like the neighborhood is very quiet. I feel like they take care of the lawn maintenance very well out here. The office staff is very friendly. I like that there is so much parking as well.

Living in my apartment has been a wonderful experience. The space is comfortable and well-maintained, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day. The community is vibrant and welcoming, with friendly neighbors and plenty of amenities that foster a sense of belonging. From shared social events to peaceful communal areas, it truly feels like home.

Everything about this community is awesome. Neighbors are nice & friendly. Staff is amazing when it comes to my apartment needs. Well kept and clean environment.

The facility is quiet and the staff is friendly. Once a service ticket is placed, they immediately take care of it. One draw back of that is, you don’t receive a heads up when they are coming to the apartment so you may miss them.

Not satisfied overall, not worth the cost of rent. Could be a very nice community. Multiple changes in management. Disappointed and ready to leave.

A quiet and safe place to stay. With friendly atmosphere, staff and neighbors that keep to themselves. Just off the highway for quick access to work or downtown.

Pricey for the service that we get! Maintenance do what they’re supposed to, but neighbors are noisy! There are too many people that causes trouble, but management tries their best to resolve issues

I love my apartment so far since moving in. This apartment is so cozy and intimate it feels like I’m ducked off from the world lol. I love the spacious rooms and I love that I have a good bit of living room area to enjoy and soon decorate

I love everything about this community! Very quiet, safe community! Love the location! Just wish the pool is open more often. But overall experience I love it here maintenance is very quick with anything! Been living here for a year now! The only is being on the first floor you can here very easily above you. When it comes to maintenance to the apartment complex as whole they make sure everything is up and running with preventative maintenance.

I have no complaints. A beautiful quiet neighborhood. Great community and enjoyable amenities. Truly nothing to complain about. Wood Creek Farm Apartment was my first choice and I don’t regret it.

Just love it here hope to be here for a long time maint is quick fast and hurry. The staff is great year round pool 24 hr gym and grounds are always kept clean

The property is clean my apartment was presented to me very professionally and the property manager does a great job I will surely introduce friends and family who need a place to call home

The apartment manager was very professional and kind. Awesome customer service. She responded to my emails very promptly. I love how my apartment is very quiet. What I mean, my last apartment, smoking was allowed and my unit smelled of cigarettes and black and mild every day. I don’t smoke. My apartment smells great, every time I come home from work. The apartment is very clean. There are a few things I would like to mention about outside my apartment. I feel residents should be responsible of keeping their front door area clean. As well as the patios. That is my only complaint. But overall I love my new home. I plan to stay until I purchase my new home. Also,I’m so happy I am only 10 minutes from work.

i’ve only lived here for a few days and i’m already loving it. great community and it’s very peaceful. i enjoy how easy it is to get to my apartment and how kind all the neighbors are.
