Property Ratings at Woodbrook
Incomplete move in My move-in experience at this apartment has been extremely disappointing. The unit was clearly not ready or properly maintained. The front door is missing the middle and bottom screws on the hinges, which is a serious safety issue, and another interior door is completely missing. The bathroom toilet was clogged upon arrival, which is unacceptable. On top of that, the closet rods were missing, making the closets unusable, and all the drawers throughout the apartment are dingy, dirty, and in need of fresh paint or replacement. For the price of rent, I expected at least a clean, functional, and secure space. Instead, I was met with incomplete repairs and poor upkeep. I would absolutely not recommend this property unless major improvements are made.

Good place I have lived in one apartment building for 14 years and I never had a manager be so communicative like Tammy is. Definitely a good apartment building to check out, my apartment is huge and in Seattle that’s a really big deal

Woodbrook Apartments is a great place to live! The complex is clean, the grounds are beautiful, and the units are spacious and bright. The best part is the manager, Tammy. She's super helpful, friendly, and always takes care of any issues quickly. I highly recommend living here!
