Property Ratings at Woodbridge
I lived there for almost 2 years and have had zero issues. Great quality apt at a great value. Other Apts with similar ammenities cost hundreds more. New, updated, extremely fast fast with any needed maintenance, Natalie is amazing and very on top of things, very responsive, will definitely refer others!
The building is already falling apart with major cracking in the Sheetrock and stone work falling off the building. Walls are paper thin. There is no parking and the garbages are always overflowing.

Absolutely love living at Woodbridge. I've been living here for 14 months and don't plan on leaving anytime soon. The apartments are gorgeous/spacious and have great appliances. Natalie, the property manager is great to work with and keeps everything in line. Have never had issues with questionable neighbors or noise. Highly recommend.

These apartment buildings are the best! The buildings themselves are very quiet, we live on the second floor and never hear the people next, or on top of us. The manager of the buildings is amazing! She does her best to help in any way she can. I would recommend this apartment building to anyone.
I have lived in this apartment for apartment for almost a year. For my first apartment I have had such a great experience. We recently got a new landlord, Natalie, and she has been the nicest most respectful landlord. She helps with any questions, responds quickly and likes to make sure everyone is comfortable. The building is pretty quite for the most part & my neighbors are very sweet. Over all great apartment and great landlord. 5 stars for me!
The walls in the apartment are thin, you can here every step from the person above you. You will also know what TV show they’re watching and what music they listen too.
Staff was quick to get back to me, they have been prompt to fix things, and it is a very good price for a spacious apartment. Very happy I rented with them.
