I have lived at this property for almost 10 years and will continue to do so. The buildings are old (1973) but that means HUGE closets and sturdy structures. The most important thing is the staff. I have lived many places but I have never had such a positive experience as I have had with the management Ivan, Stephanie, and Beatrice-They are all quick and wonderfully efficient at taking care of any issues or concerns you may have. Ivan is personable and incredible at communicating and problem solving. It truly feels like hime here. So. I invite you to look past immediate appearances and take a chance.

They think just because it’s their apartments they can enter your place without giving any information! Maintenance enters when me and my son are sleeping and gives me no heads up.

I have had roaches in the apartment since moving in 5 months ago..they spray almost every week and I still have roaches in the kitchen, bedroom, living room and bathroom..no hot water from Sept until Jan 1st!

I love how close we are to the light rail, which makes the shopping centers and restaurants mins away. It's been amazingly quiet and calm since I've moved in.

The staff is lazy and doesn’t care when you have no water and that’s about 4-5 times a week(without notice) maintenance is just as lazy as the office staff. And the property manager is an absolute joke! We had a hole form in our bathroom because our bathroom faucet was leaking(since move in) it continued to grow and turned into what we believe was mold and it started to smell. The staff didn’t care it took them till about March to come out and fix it (months later). Yes it’s cheap rent but it is not rocking your safety. A lot of safety hazards. Also if you get broken into they don’t care, they won’t change the locks until their office gets broken into. Never ever live here

I still live here. Waiting out the lease. Please look elsewhere. The mailboxes aren’t secure, they shut off the water all the time, hot water is scarce, the staff isn’t too nice. Mail theft is soooo real. I can’t tell you how many packages have been taken from my door step. Just don’t live here. Not worth it.

They dont care if u have no hot water or water at all. They offer cheap prices but the Apartments is crap. And they will never fix anything u bring to their attention

Despite the multiple negative reviews I decided to give this place a chance. I called several times throughout the week and could never get anyone on the phone. That should have been my first clue. I drove thirty minutes to see the property and arrived at 5:30 just to be told that they are closed although their hours stated they were open until 6pm. I could only imagine what it would be like trying to get any type of assistance in this place as someone who is already a tenant locked into a contract when they don’t even bother to save face for potential new tenants.

This place is so run down. When they fix some thing it is half way and not even up to city code. The ac in some apartments don’t work and if they do they don’t even blow enough cold air to even cool off the rooms.

I have had nothing but problems since moving here. The apartment was not ready when I moved in and major maintenance issues have yet to be fixed. I have not had functional air conditioning in nearly a week. I recommend NO ONE move in here. Nothing has changed since previous horrible reviews. This is not a safe or reliable complex. At all. Turn around a RUN AWAY from this place.

Love this place, nice area. Near bus stop, train and all sorts of stores. Easy to get to and from work and school. Office staff is very nice and informative.
