The design puts your front door far from a neighbor giving you lots of privacy. The community is very nice and the landscaping is kept seasonal and refreshed. The leasing staff are kind and the maintenance is expeditious. There are no pest type bugs anywhere on the property I’ve ever seen. While I may be moving on to something new, it’s with great sadness to leave such a great apartment community.

It's been a good experience staying here, but recently lots of roaches issue. But over all it's been a pleasant experience. Hope there would have been a big park for kids

Woodbridge is a good neighborhood with decent amenities. The schools are good rated and also near by. It’s near to highway so it’s convenient for commuters too

There has been leaking in the sink since the time I moved in after informing they keep saying that how it is as they cannot seal it because they have to changed the kitchen sink for the new tenant it's been two years now.
I've been living here for a while now, and honestly, it's been a great experience. The apartment complex is in a beautiful community—well-kept grounds, lots of greenery, and it really has that peaceful vibe. What I love most is the location. It's super close to some amazing spots—restaurants, coffee shops, parks. The neighbors are friendly, and it feels like a safe area. Management has been responsive the few times I've needed anything, which is always a plus. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a comfortable, convenient place to live.
Love the place! The place is spacious, has a great view, seems like it's for people who are up and coming. The location's terrific and my cats seem to like it. The staff was very helpful in getting me set up. Highly recommend checking the place out.
Not happy staying 1. Very high electricity bill due to poor / old AC and heating system 2. Rent payment process is bad and always having issues.
We liked our move in experience. Apartment was cleaned and renewed. All the appliances are good. Wood bridge office staff is more cooperative and supportive.

Would have been great if we have multiple tennis courts or converting them into multiple pickle ball courts as one tennis court it’s becoming very difficult to manage.

Rents are too high for long term tenants than new comers. Amenities are not great and we have only one Tennis court which is no enough. It would be great at least if we have multiple pickle ball courts instead of one,

I was trying to move into a two bed two bath, but I did not have the money to pay the move-in fee so they quickly got me into one bed one bath within 15-20 minutes. They exceeded my expectations.

I have stayed this community close to 4 years, wheen we asked for an upgrade we were rejected outright , even if we had a very genuine reason to upgrade. I hope the management takes this request seriously and reviews it case by case instead of a blanket rule.

Spacious apartment, spacious washroom, plenty of plug points in each room. Fully caroetted. There are good windows with enough light. Also there are plenty of lights which is good for kids to study and make lives lively.

Some of the staff are clueless from leasing office if you ask them something. Staying here is good experience till now. Sometimes maintenance takes ages to resolve the issue.

For the accommodations and price, the complex is very nice. Trash concierge is convenient and I like the amenities. There are a lot of families with children who play outside.
