An amazing place with a great office staff always helping and serving you in the best way, the property just got so much better! I have never had any problems. Maintenance is great and pet friendly, I love my apartment! I have lived here for over 5 years. It's great!!
I like it that the management is honest with their work no only to some people but all the tenants in Randall Wobbe Lane! I am also greatful because they are kind to me and my family! Keep up the good work guys!
I moved in 2022, my son and I have absolutely enjoyed living here. It's a quite, clean, and not an overly busy complex. All my neighbor's are really friendly, nice & respectful. Our management team, Rose and Jamie are really cordial, friendly and super helpful. They're thorough in communicating with us residents via email and text in regards to any upkeep to our complex and/or unit. No surprises or intrusive walk-ins. Wobbe Lane Apartments has been the best apartment complex I lived in here in NWA. I'm a 15 minute commute from work and my son's school and all the reasons why I'm renewing my lease for another year.
Very nice place to stay and on top of that the two lady's un the office are the best they go out of their ways to make sure that the tenants are taken care of from my point of view
Office staff is really awesome on being apart of the community! They’re always there to help if I have a question, or don’t understand a notice. They’ve been doing events with residents, they even did a movie night.
I'm going on my 2nd year of living here in Wobbe Lane Apts. and I genuinely love it! It's peaceful, quite and close to my son's school Monitor Elementary. If your kids will be riding the bus they pick them up and drop them off inside the complex. We have an enclosed dog park to take your fur-babies to play in safe area. Our management team Rose and Jamie, are super friendly and cordial. Plus our maintenance team gets work orders done in a timely manner. I lived a few apartment complex and Wobbe Lane is by the best place to live.
Love living here. Quite, I’m a day sleeper and no issues or noise! Office staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is on top of things. Grounds are kept up.
