The community being adjacent to Stone Oak Park North is really Kewl, especially the ability to use a walking path direct into the park with your pet friends. It is a wildlife preserve so understandably no night time access. But it is my favorite feature about living here. Would like to know more about the outside conversation spaces and fireplace and flat screen TV.

I would absolutely not recommend this place to ANYONE. It was a disaster since I moved in last year and I’m glad that im finally gone. When I moved in, the apartment was disgusting. It was visibly dirty. Dog hair everywhere (they painted over it), paper towels would turn black after one wipe on the floor, and grease stains on appliances. They sent someone to clean it again but it looked the same. Somebody came to clean it a third time while I watched after I had to complain to the office repeatedly. The windowsills had been chewed up by the previous renters dogs. The bathroom doors had also been chewed by the dogs. There was dog hair that was sprayed over so it was sealed into the closet shelves and baseboards. There was a huge scratch on the living room wood. The island cabinets were so disgustingly stained that I didn’t want to put my food there. My washer was broken and needed to be replaced. My refrigerator was broken and need to be replaced. They did replace these items, the part of the floor with the scratch, and one of my doors. But, this was after numerous complaints. I have had to submit an insane amount of work orders for other items in my apartment. One time when fixing my freezer they left multiple food items out which then had to be thrown away. After fixing my floor they left all of my furniture to one side of the room and did not put it back until I called them. The outside hallway by my apartment was disgusting with stains and bird poop. Overall this place is disgusting and for the amount they charge in rent I should not have received an apartment in this condition. Beware because it could happen to you!

Excellent customer service, office staff goes above and beyond to your needs and they care. The best maintenance staff, work orders are taken care of on a timely manner. The best apartment community with amazing views and beautiful scenery.

Honestly they never return your calls or respond to email. They don’t do anything about rust growing in your apartment, it may look nice but give it a month and you will see rust growing in the sinks, toilet and everywhere around the apartment. The wash and dryer looks nice but will take hours to wash and get stuck on the wash and doesn’t work when load is on spin. They don’t give you an update on your deposit or email you an itemized list of deductions. They care about taking your money but never respond in a matter of time.
My experience at Wiregrass has been amazing. Any issues that arise are remedied immediately and with care. I could not ask for a better complex and staff! THANK YOU ALL for taking great care of me!

I don’t usually leave reviews. But this place needs one. My husband and I have now lived here for almost 2 years. When we first moved it it was great. But since then the complex has changed management and has gone WAY down hill. Lazy, careless, rude and WAY to expensive for the service you get. I absolutely do not recommend living here.

The only reason these apartments get one star is for the scenic views. As another review stated "if management were to change (again) and get a more solid, skilled team together, then I would recommend these apartments." And that's to say the least of all the problems experienced with the manager. In addition, it took maintenance several attempts to fix a simple issue. I strongly suggest to save yourself the headache and do NOT move into these apartments.
You will love coming home to this beautiful community! The office is so friendly and the views are stunning! You want to lease here!
Management changes constantly. I have lived here for one year and seen 2 managers and 3 assistant managers come and go. Complaints are not handled properly. Noise is a HUGE issue. I like the apartment but the appliances (for me it has been AC heater and dryer) have issues which can only be handled by a "technician" not on staff maintenance. Friendly neighbors and good community events. If management were to change (again) and get a more solid, skilled team together I would recommend this apartment. But as of today, NO!
This complex is by far the most beautiful I have ever lived in. This is not an exaggeration. Sitting on a hill overlooking Stone Oak and miles and miles of San Antonio it's view is absolutely amazing. This property is brand new not even a year old. Inside I feel like a king with vaulted ceilings stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The pool is awesome, they have fireplaces and couches outside you can relax on. Feels more like a getaway then your home. But isn't that what we all want? To feel like we're not at home when we are. Its location is perfect . There's a park conveniently located right next door . Also for families with children there are schools close by. They keep this area very nice and well kept. Very clean . Which is what I noticed first . The staff is courteous, polite and super helpful. Being a United States veteran they treated me with respect so they have earned mine. If you're looking for a beautiful place in a beautiful area come to Wiregrass. You won't be disappointed. I can guarantee that.
