This is the most elegant building in the Gold Coast

The residents, amenities, views, interiors, and grounds are top-notch. It is quiet and provides for the best lifestyle one can get.

Awful Upper Management

Loud chiller noise has been an issue for the entire year and has still not been fixed. Management has not taken any responsibility and is not taking this matter seriously. Very disappointed in this situation. Staff has been wonderful, but management terrible.
