Much has changed around Clearfield since its establishment in 1877. This up-and-coming small city has grown quickly over the last few years. I absolutely love that these apartments and property are so clean !!! My first interaction was with Jessica. She was informative, helpful in helping me to fill out forms and sharing all amenities that these apartments come with. I received the pleasure of meeting Nicole. She was friendly, energetic and very informative of all the question's asked. I really hope the management does something to recognize these very helpful and genuine management team! I felt like I was already "home" before I moved in ! And these ladies were a strong deciding factor of me choosing these apartments !

I love living here! The apartments are great. The office staff are very helpful and always there when I have a question. The maintenance staff is great and takes care of problems quickly and happily. I love the size of my apt at such a great price

we visited the apartments and were pleasantly surprised by them...and the staff...we had all our questions answered ...although we will not be selecting a new place to live any time real soon...when it comes time next may we will keep them in mind...thank you to the staff
