Very cheap apartments, I did find some of the staff members to be a bit prying. My apartment had a slight pest control problem and needed a lot of maintenance but, I have not had any problems with getting things fixed. Overall, the area is decent. Nice place if you are looking for something cheap

Price is tempting, but there is a reason it’s so cheap. Management is rude and unwelcoming. So many better options in Hattiesburg

Apartments are really well-managed with friendly office staff. I've never had an issue that wasn't immediately taken care of. Also, they like my dog.

I stayed here for 5 years while I lived in Hattiesburg, and I'm really going to miss it. All the staff are super friendly and maintenance are on top of everything. This is the only apartment complex I ever stayed in where the staff really go above and beyond to create a sense of community. For example, they always invite their renters to come for food at the clubhouse every Christmas season. My unit was well put together and clean, the back patios are super nice. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Good access to nearby restaurants and the campus. I could go on forever I really love this place and they made it feel like home. I wish I didn't have to go and I wish I could take them with me. If I had to come back to Hattiesburg I would come back here first.

My wife and I stayed at Windsor Village for 4 years. Our first year was in a 2 bedroom townhouse and then the following 3 years we lived in a 3 bedroom townhouse. At first look you may be forgiven for thinking Windsor may not be the fanciest in Hattiesburg, but it provides a true home experience and more. The grounds and living are painstakingly maintained at the highest standard. I have never seen a better maintenance crew than what Windsor provided us. They have been around for years but have put a lot of time into updating their living places and we wanted for nothing. I can honestly say in the past decade I have not had a living situation that came close to giving us an experience like this place. It truly became a home to us and the staff are excellent. There is a pool on the grounds that was wonderful to have access to, a decent gym with quiet to focus on working out, a great dog park area that our dog loved and a great community of residents that always made us comfortable. The staff listen to any concern you have and are wonderful about addressing ANY issues. There are police that reside on grounds and we felt safe at all times. If I am lucky enough to go back to Hattiesburg I would not hesitate to live here again!

As a college student, I loved living at this apartment complex! It was quite, clean, safe, and very convenient. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and maintence requests were filled almost immediately. Plus, it was very affordable. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone!

PLEASE! Do not stay here! I had nothing but problems my whole experience staying in this apartment. They say that they have pest control come by every two weeks but the apartments are still infested with roaches and bugs!! They WILL CHEAT YOU out of YOUR DEPOSIT! They withheld 200 dollars from me because of some carpet that WAS ALREADY MESSED UP WHEN I MOVED IN! And the black lady that works in the OFFICE KNEW THIS and still allowed the manager ELIZABETH TOLLEY to withhold my money! And when I called and requested to speak with her about it - she hung up in my face! Please do not stay in these apartments! They are cheap but it is not worth it! Don't even waste your time!

This place has the most disrespectful staff I have ever come in contact with. Clearly all the good reviews are from them themselves. They do not care about their tenants or the maintenance requests and all they are after is your money. They will find every reason possible to fine you for things. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

To say that this is a great place to live is a gross understatement but it is a great place to live. I have lived in Windsor Village apartments since 2008 so I've been here 9 years of my life. I came here right after college while working at the bank. With the money I've spent here, I could've actually bought a small house by now and..... I wouldn't change a single thing about my decision to stay here. My time here at this property has been one of the most rewarding experiences that I could have ever asked for. Windsor Village is safe, quiet, conveniently close to EVERYTHING ( a quick drive on Hwy 49 or a shortcut via I-59), and it's my personal opinion that you won't find a better office staff anywhere on the planet but I could be biased. I was even married in my apartment in my living room by my best friend who was an ordained minister at the time. I always said the only way I'd leave here would be if we were moving into a house. Well, we're not moving to a house just yet but my wife and I are leaving the Hattiesburg area to pursue bigger and better goals in our perspective fields at this time which forces us to leave our safe, familiar, and beautiful home here. I'll miss my neighbors, everyone that works here, the courtesy officers that keep us safe, my church across the street, my morning walks, the sound of the birds at 6am in the morning with the smell of dew on the grass, and of course the amazing affordability. I'm moving to a larger city where my new home can only HOPE to measure up to the unfair expectations that Windsor Village has given me and where I'll be paying double the amount for the same sqft somewhere stuck in the shadows of my favorite apartment complex. There's plenty of apartment complexes in Hattiesburg but if you need somewhere that's more than an apartment, choose Windsor Village. There's nothing to think about. I'm the pickiest person in the world and the pros there easily outweigh those of anywhere else in the city. Guarantee it.

I spent the last five years living at Windsor Village and had a wonderful experience. If not for a change in job I would still be living there. Coming from San Francisco, I loved the affordability and spaciousness and location. The staff is top notch, from the property manager to the office staff to the terrific handymen who always respond promptly to any issues you might have. I can't recommend enough if value affordability, value, location, respect, and friendliness. I was sad to leave.

Windsor Village is a great little community close to the University of Southern Mississippi. I have not experienced any disturbances of any kind, and I have lived here for just over a year. The staff is very friendly and helpful. What makes it even better, are that the prices are great! Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I are first time renters so we were nervous about choosing our first home together; however, once we met the owners and staff, we immediately felt welcome. They were kind and very helpful throughout our entire moving in process. Since living here, we've had little to complain about. Quiet neighbors, clean pool and on site laundry mat, and manicured lawns. Though the apartments are old, they offer newly renovated units. There's even a special Saturday once a month for any newcomers who'd like to eat fresh snacks and ask any questions about Windsor Village Apartments. Overall, a warm and inviting atmosphere.
