Definitely Not Acceptable
Went to take a look at these apartments today. I can’t even believe they would show the apartment I saw today, to a potential renter! Not only did it smell horrendous, it was absolutely not even slightly clean, and had dead cockroaches throughout the place!!! This was what I saw for a 1st time showing...I’d be so embarrassed if I owned this place or were the one showing this place to anyone.... Sorry Windsor Towers, I’m 100% sure I can find something better and cleaner... You need to do some seriously cleaning, updating, and extermination. Clearly you do not take pride in your building and I would recommend it to anyone unless they wanted a huge apartment in such nasty conditions!

Disgusting!
It is VERY dirty! The apts smell bad! Dirty waste/dumpster areas constantly overflowing, broken curbing, drugs and rules aren't enforced. Constantly not meeting up to city code! There is a residential rat/rats that travels between the walls from unit to unit that the owners call "their friend(s)! Sick people!

Don't rent here. The pool is closed for contamination, and there is bed bugs in every building.
