The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Windsor Terrace
Things are still not fixed that were on our move-in checklist from almost 2 years ago. AC is not working for going on over a week. Every day that it is supposed to be fixed, the excuse has been, "an emergency came up and we didn't have time, a part needs ordered, ANOTHER part needs to be ordered, it's now the weekend again and it's going to have to wait till Monday." Highly doubt it'll be fixed then either. Not considered an emergency apparently so emergency maintenance is a joke. JUST got a window screen to open windows to help with not having AC. Management is hardly reachable to even put work orders in. A week ago all residents received a page long poorly written letter about how even though the office hours are nauseatingly inconsistent, rent is due regardless. Do not move here...trust me. I want out so desperately I feel like I'm going to lose my mind.
We've lived here for over a year. The previous management was very good and the apartments are good for the price. They're pretty out dated, but compared to other places they're reasonably priced. It's mostly quiet except for the occasional drama-filled neighbor. The previous management took care of those incidents pretty well though. The new management just took over and so far they seem to not have it together at all. The girl in the office (Maria?) tells me one thing and it either never happens or they do the complete opposite. So office management seems pretty useless at this point. Calling with a problem can take ages to actually get fixed unless you use the emergency maintenance. Those guys are pretty nice and knowledgeable. Overall it's not terrible, good for the price and quiet, just don't expect the new management to have anything under control and don't believe what they tell you. :/ If something breaks you're better off taking care of it yourself.
