Property Ratings at Windsor Square Villas
High end apartments that are extremely spacious. We have 3 roommates who all work from home but we are Neve run each other's space. Walkability to Larchmont and always street parking. Garage parking is a little tight. Overall love living here and management is great - responds right away and takes care of any request quickly!
I just moved out of this complex, and had an amazing experience. Andrea, the property manager, is so helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to help you out. It has a great rooftop area with a grill to relax and look out over the city. The apartments are spacious and newly updated. Highly recommend!
I just recently moved out of this place but it was the most amazing experience living here. Andrea, our property manager was absolutely amazing to us. She was there in any moment we needed anything fixed and was an absolute pleasure to have as our contact there. I 100% recommend living in this beautiful building! I can not express enough love and respect I have for this building and the on site manager. The apartments have such a Genuine luxury feel about them. Every single detail was thought of for this building. Top of the line everything. The on site manager is incredible, she is on top of everything and wants nothing more but for the residents to have a lovely living experience, which really helps make it feel like home. I have been here for two and a half years and the only reason I am leaving is to buy a house, otherwise I would remain a tenant! You will not regret these apartments!
If you are looking for neighbors who are laughing and have fun during the night time you got it. Absolutely inadequate tenants' behavior, gambling with squeals, night parties, etc. Management doesn't want to do anything because they need to fill the apartments asap. For this amount, you can rent a quiet place in Santa Monica or Studio City. Don't make my mistake.
This community became a college housing. Young people are sharing rooms and they never kept the quite time. Management does not care about all the noises tenants make.
I can hear upstairs people walk around really loudly and it booms every time they take a step.
On sight property manager Andrea is the best manager I have ever met. Her expertise and support gave our family a firm trust that this property is where I wanted my family to call it a home. Everything about this place is high quality and luxury in style. The wood is beautiful and real. All the appliance are new and expensive. The rooms are separated either by large bathroom or wall closets for extra privacy. I can't wait until I move in and celebrate my first christmas with my family at winsor square apartments. The builders thought of everything. The quality and layout shows how much thoughts went into built an amazing building.
