Based on living here for 9 months this experience has been a very good choice. The apartment is well appointed, safe and close to everything. The community is well kept and the support staff is always available to handle any needs that may arise. All in all this rental has exceeded all of my expectations. Highly recommend !

I feel quite privileged of having been able to find such beautiful place to start a new journey in life, where to feel safe and enjoy the perks of working hard. I love the common areas, the staff, and the convenient access to freeway. It is a strategic location away from the shopping and summer beach crowds but close enough to both. The modern amenities, design, maintenance and location make it worth to move inland.

I toured with my partner this past Saturday and just want to shout out Brittany. We arrived to our appt a little late due to some traffic and she was very patient and still accommodating in helping us see the unit we were interested. We simply loved the amenities, and the balcony was insanely huge from what we have been seeing.

Unfortunately after our experience here we do not recommend this place. Our issue of our neighbor smoking has been constant and we cannot get this resolved. Since our move in date we let the staff know. We have submitted reports. We can't use the patio. We can't leave the windows open. There are times when they spend a longer amount of time smoking and smell of cigarettes begins to seep into our apartment with everything closed. We bring this up in emails and in person. The staff has seen the pictures and videos. We just want some help. We don't want anyone evicted. But it seems that nothing is being done. Either the staff is not doing their part to help us on this issue or the neighbor just doesn't care. Either way you put it, how does that sound? There is no follow up on ensuring the issue is getting resolved, we have to constantly deal with this and inform the staff but there is no change. The solution that we were given, to put it bluntly, was to move out. If we move out, then YOU may be the one who possibly has to deal with this if you are considering moving here. Whether it's this unit or a different building with a smoker. If this review gave you something to think about before scheduling an appointment here please give this a thumbs up. If you are a neighbor, please give this a thumbs up. Issues are something to be taken seriously and attended to no matter what the situation.
