Property Ratings at Windsor Cornerstone
Payed application fee before checking reviews. Did not like the fact that managers do not show you the property; they give you a master key and you need to walk-through yourself. Upon evaluation/observation and review of comments I have decided that that place will be not such great place for my family. Observed tenants walking dogs and cleaning after them, anticipating issue with parking, and yes! I have witnessed how people tailgating you to get into garage. Property promoted as a "smoke free" - while walking around buildings observed people smoking weed. Waste of money, but I think I did right decision. Good luck!
great leasing agent, but the application process is a mission. Do not expect a simple application process if you are self employed business owner. They are not accepting 2019 tax returns, and 2020 filing period doesn't start until Jan 7th, 2021. I didn't find this out until after I wasted money applying for these apartments and wasted time that I couldn't spent finding another place with my lease almost ending, causing me stress and unneeded problems. They make these applications difficult and waste your time for no reason. They make it seem as if you're renting an $5000 per month house instead in reality its a little apartment. Im more qualified than half of their residents, but due to the nature of my business its too much hassle to lease from this company, they will be losing my business
One of the first tenants here, beautiful complex inside out. Feels like I'm living in luxury. The staff is amazing. Amenities are beautiful. Maintenance is so quick & helpful...They are definitely accommodating to covid responsibly. Moved here from another state and feel safe and secure here.
