Property Ratings at Windsor Coral Springs
They don’t check appliances prior to move in. They do a horrible job of fixing the apartment up. It is old and outdated. Holes aren’t patched and painted. Dishwasher makes a horrible noise when it pulls water from the sink. God help you if have to break your lease. They will charge you a whole months rent and then still not count it towards your lease break. They won’t prorate three days of you are looking to move out after the first of the month. I would no recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
Do NOT ever lease here! I would NEVER recommend it. The apartment is old and outdated. There are carpets throughout the apartment that are disgusting. You can get new and updated apartments for the same price that they ask. Me and my husband lived here for two years. The original company that we signed our lease with was great. However when pinnacle took over it was nothing but a nightmare. The office staff was terrible. The prices went up significantly so we decided to move out. You can get a nice updated apartment in a good location for the prices we paid. Upon leaving, We cleaned the apartment thoroughly, paid people to professionally clean and clean the carpets. The apartment was in better condition than when it was given to us. But they gave only about 20% of the security deposit we gave and said they needed to clean. When my husband went to dispute, they were rude and told us there was nothing we could do. They stated it was cleaning to show it as a showroom. But it was already in a showroom condition! Stay away from this place unless you want to overpay for outdated and disgusting apartments. It is unacceptable how we were treated when we were clean and good tenants.
Very beautiful community, wonderful scenery. Gated community as well . A schools all around . Very family orientated, Parks all around . Beatiful clubhouse with wonderful people and a big pool with grills . A state of the art gym . Perfect location. Close to all amenities. Dog friendly. Very quiet neighborhood . Always kept up to par.
We chose this apartment complex because we were new to the area and there are so many shops, restaurants and services available within walking distance and our apartment has a garage with access into the apartment which we needed to store things that don't fit into the apartment. There is a lot of road noise and the appliances in the apartment are very dated and not in good condition. It takes a long time to get something fixed or replaced. If you don't mind old appliances and a small kitchen it is a nice place. Each bedroom has a walk in closet and the bathrooms are a nice size though they do need some updating. Even though the prices are high for the area it does have the garage which saves the money for a storage unit.
It is a great community, it has a swimming pool, a gym and is gated community. The personnel is always friendly and at service whenever you need. They have a maintenance section to who helps you out with everything. Maria
We have been living at the Equity Residential properties since 2008. We moved in to this property from California in the summer of 2013 through their "coast-to-coast relocation". They allow you to break the lease if you are moving to a sister property more than 50 miles away. It's a great place to live. We have done some research and the price-to-quality ratio here is very competitive. The territory is very well groomed. Apartments are very well maintained. The staff, office and maintenance alike, are very receptive to suggestions and complaints. Any maintenance issues are resolved through ticket system very quickly. All-in-all we love it here
It's a nice clean place good size. Nice attentive staff and nice community to walk my dog around. There is every store u need close by that's good. I've had a few bugs inside but I called the office and they send pest control as soon as I ask. But outside there are always spider webs all around as soon as I walk out my door I'm hit in the face by a Web they are even on my car now there are webs everywhere the property is well maintained like the grass and trees are cut nice but there is still webs all over I guess I might notice it more because I'm hate bugs of any kind
