The maintenance staff are all so happy and friendly. I interact with them sometimes when Im out and about around the complex.
I'm very satisfied with my experience thus far at the Windsor at Pinehurst. The location is fantastic and I the community has a very residential feel. The grounds are well-maintained, all facilities are clean, and the apartment room itself feels like a great value.
Beautiful location, awesome staff, this is definitely my favorite Property that Ive lived at.
You don't get for what you pay for, they are suppose to pick up trash at 6pm and they usually don't until 11pm while you're trying to sleep. Quiet times are after 8pm, and if you're lucky you have a great neighbor that blasts music until 1 am, and staff does not ever do anything about it, except send an email to everyone reminding them of quiet hours. This is a non smoking community and our neighbors smoke so much marijuana that it seeps through our walls, again, nothing is ever done about it. Also it is right on Wadsworth and can only make a right turn to leave. Terrible location. They shut down amenities for almost 3 months, but we still paid for them. Would not recommend for the price. They also tried to raise everyone's rent by almost 500 dollars. Choose wisely.
Windsor is professionally managed from the moment we toured to signing our lease to living here. The grounds are well kept, the maintenance staff is courteous and efficient, and the on-site managers are prompt in their replies to any questions we may have. Highly recommend Windsor at Pinehurst apartments.

The maintenance team here at Windsor is AMAZING! They are quick efficient and so friendly. Scott even brought me a coffee from the clubhouse once when he was working on something in my apartment :)
Windsor at Pinehurst has been a wonderful experience for my husband and me. We have been here about 7 months. Any time we had an issue that needed attending to, it was done immediately. The office staff and maintenance are wonderful. The apartment was so clean upon move-in. The grounds are beautiful. A wonderful home for us and our kitty boys!!

It doesnt matter if its a large problem or a small issue the maintenance team is always prompt and friendly. If they come when we arent home they always leave a note saying what was fixed and the area/space that was worked on is always clean, so clean you wouldnt even know they were there! Also they usually leave a Starbucks cold drink or some candy which is nice :)
All the staff at Windsor are amazing! They made our move simple, quick, and very pleasant! There was a little issue that had nothing to do with the staff and they were amazing at helping us get it resolved quickly. We are very happy and love our new beautiful apartment home! The maintenance staff here is excellent. Stephen and Jesse helped me out with a dishwasher issue. They were kind and professional and solved the issue as quickly as the could.
I have lived at Windsor Pinehurst for almost 3 years now. I love the design and set up of my 1-bedroom apartment. My neighbors and people in this community are friendly and I enjoy seeing the dogs playing in the doggie park. I really have made a home here since I moved from California.
I'm impressed with the quick responsiveness of Windsor staff and friendly service. We've been here for about a year and enjoy living here. The grounds are kept clean, the amenities are kept in shape, and the people are friendly.

We love Windsor at Pinehurst! Our apartment has a nice open floor plan and nice appliances and floors. We love taking our dog on walks throughout the complex. Its also in a good area of town.
We have been at Windsor at Pinehurst for 3.5 months and have had nothing, but a wonderful experience. This started with Chris, who knew we were in a bind, showed us two beautiful, clean apartments and within hours, we knew Windsor at Pinehurst is where we wanted to love. We have only had a few minor maintenance issues, which were resolved so quickly and professionally. Our apartment upon move-in was so clean and neat. Thank you Windsor at Pinehurst!

I have really enjoyed my time here. This is definitely my best apartment rental experience. Even when the property changed management, Windsor at Pinehurst has done a great job making a seamless transition. The staff makes me feel seen and known. Most places make you feel like you are another rent check. Not Windsor at Pinehurst. Shout out to the Maintenance crew. They are professional and do a great job! So far so good,been out if town with health complications so I have really been able to enjoy all they have to offer but so far everything is good. Not disappointed at all.

The leasing and move in process was great. We love the community and amenities offered. The one downside is we were told our apartment came with a built-in sound system and upon moving in realized that wasn't true. Besides that it has been a great experience!
We moved right before the lockdowns in March. The management at the office was extremely helpful and made our move very easy during this stressful time. The community is clean and people here are friendly. We chose Windsor because the apartment and community were newer and well maintained. The layouts are open and feel larger than most apartments. We also love that it's dog friendly, which is a must for us. Overall, I have nothing but good things to say about Windsor. Wonderful community and excellent service by management!

Not only was my dishwasher fixed but he gave me a recommendation of the detergent I should be using. While we waited while the dishwasher was going he checked the sink since there were some problems being reported. He was able to fix that too. Amazing service!

Great community to be a part of, everything is kept clean by maintenance and the neighbors are pretty friendly. The dog park and year round pool are major bonuses and have already paid for themselves!

Seen a decline in this being a very clean and professionally run property. Smoking is still happening everywhere, cigarette butts are all over the roof tops when you look through the stairway portals. Seems like there is also a change in quality of people leasing...neighbors are loud late into the night, etc.

Windsor at Pinehurst is a lovely community and area of Lakewood, CO. The apartments are in great condition and the natural lighting from the windows is wonderful. The amenities here are great: the pool, hot tub, work-out facility and dog wash are all perfect for me!
From the leasing staff to the maintainer crew everyone is very friendly! The staff is quick to resolve any issues weve had so far. A great place to live.
Was great the first 2 years. Then, seems the tenants got louder and more smokers now than ever. First management team was fantastic. The next one, not so great. Maintenance is outstanding though...just need a quieter place than this has become and not smell smoke very time I walk through halls and upstairs.
Everything was great, but there was a huge headache in setting up my internet. The previous resident changed the password and that was never conveyed, so the process of getting things set up with centurylink was long, confusing, and frustrating- just something to be on the radar.
This place is great, clean property and friendly staff.
