Property Ratings at Windsor at Miramar
This is the worst place we lived with my family. The community is not safe the gate is always open and they steal from your cars
Horrible experience it’s not a luxury place mold in apartment, gate never works, no parking space, trash everywhere, hidden fees etc…
This is the worse community in this area. The gym/business center have been under renovation for more than two years. The pool looks like a jail house with chairs and umbrellas old and broken. The landscape is poorly maintained with piles of leaves throughout the community. There is dog poop everywhere, no one picks up after their pets. The breezeways and stairs are dirty. Stay away from this place. The rents are too high. The appearance of the community overall is poor.
Love the privacy, the quietness, the features in the apartment in all I am very happy.
A bit pricey, but very clean and safe community so far. The apartments are really gorgeous and spacious. I would recommend the community.
I have nothing to complain about. They are always fast to fix anything that needs repair and or to reply e-mails.
We are happy living in this community and have been hear for over 5 years now.

I would like to recognize Marco in the maintenance department. I put two separate tickets in, and each time he was at my door to complete my request. Marco is very professional and respectful. He was very nice to me and answered my questions as well as listened to my concerns. Marco fixed every issue I had on the tickets and accommodated my work from home schedule. People like him make living in Windsor Apartments a great place to live. I love my apartment and the staff makes you feel comfortable and appreciated. Thank you Marco for all you do for the Residents here at Windsor.
Windsor is always there whenever we have needed them. Their staff from office to maintenance are the friendliest and super helpful. They answer all your questions and solve your issues.
Its a very beautiful place to live! The staff gets back to you super fast with any questions you have.
Rental is too high. Dont have any children play area other than the small playground. No maintenance for tennis court . GYM and common room are not available since a year. People come with their pets in kids pay area, tennis court and pool.
Windsor at Miramar used to be this community where the leasing staff developed personalized relationships with residents. These days are long gone. Now it's a matter of money. Windsor fails to realize that those who live her can afford to purchase their own place. Therefore, once the word spreads that the sense of community no longer exists, residents will start weighing their options.
Outstanding and quickly respond to any of our concerns and /or issues. The staff is very polite and always ready to listened to any comments or needs in regard to the property. We are very pleased to belong to this community. Thank you !

Although there is still some update work to be done (black top, trash compactor, landscape, club house), which should be completed soon, this is a very good place to live. We are very happy with the apartment.
Air conditioner went out late Sunday night. I sent an Email that night and received a response in minutes. I also called on Monday morning at 8:15 am and Air conditioner was up and running by 9:25 am. Cant say enough about the response time and repair. Excellent customer service!!! Thank you!
The Windsor at Miramar is located in a super convenient location, close to lots of shopping centers, grocery and drug stores, and extremely easy access to I75 highway and super close to the Florida turnpike as well. Honestly the physical location in west Miramar is the number one reason that my husband and I have elected to continue living here. The Windsor at Miramar is a beautifully landscaped, gated complex with lots of beautiful palm trees lining all the streets and parking. I have enjoyed living here, as it is mostly quiet and peaceful. However, there are several complaints and frustrations. First and foremost the rent price is way too high for what we are getting. The amenities/clubhouse/gym/racquetball court has been out of service for renovations and construction and closed for what feels like over a year! The trash area and compactor is very often embarrassingly full to overflowing. There are literal piles of garbage bags outside the entrance to the trash compactor, it seems like once a week or so. Terrible and unsanitary. This has been this way pretty much the 2 years we have lived here. The gates are super slow to open when entering and when exiting the complex, and furthermore, they do not truly provide much security as they are easy to bypass and there is no on-site security person to man the gates or entrance. The parking is always an issue, it's often hard to find a parking spot. our unit has all the old appliances and carpeting and was not renovated or upgraded, though our rent cost went up. And it seems that most or all of the other units in our building were renovated or upgraded except ours. The main reason my husband and I will not be continuing to stay here is because the price is just way too high, the value just is no longer there for us. All of the money we are paying and to have those major issues I detailed above? Not worth it to us.

It feels like theres no privacy, always some work going on in the community with no notice. Every morning it feels like someones in my house working and also definitely a huge no for the fact that we have to drive our garbage

I an a big fan of this community. This is my second time living here. The mgt staff is extremely courteous and respectful, and the maintenance staff is very responsive.
The community is extremely well kept and the management office does a great job with keeping in touch with everyone and keeping everyone updated on whats happening around the complex.

The community is looking trashy, dirty building walls, dirty roads, specially around the trash compactor. No gym and no business center. Also a lot a pest been seen lately.
Excellent School district, Highway is very close, conveniently located near all stores (target, winn-dixie, chic fi la) Kiana was simply amazing and a joy to work with. I forget the other lady name; however she was great as well. The entire leasing process was so easy, and they were accommodating. the Size of my unit is super nice and fits my family needs. the only thing is the club house is a little eye soar because of the construction.
