I moved in just recently, and so for the management and the maintenance have responded right away and was very friendly about it If looking for a quiet friendly garden apt community so far I would highly recommend the Windsor in Delray Beach.

The Delray Beach team has been amazing. I couldn’t be happier living at this location.

John does excellent maintenance work! Not only have my requests been responded to quickly, but the work is great. My screen door now slides perfectly and the HVAC is back to running flawlessly. I appreciated the card he left with his explanations.

Windsor is a beautiful community that has a boutique feeling. Very caring and professional staff.

It’s a very safe place to live and that means a lot to me.

The maintenance team is rock solid. Every time there is a potential issue they are right on it.

I love never having to worry about anything when it comes to maintenance. Even for the smallest requests such as replacing a water filter, the response of the team is almost immediate. Everyone is curteous, knowledgeable, and kind.

I feel so safe living at Windsor. I love coming home after work to a place so beautiful and peaceful! I love that the gym is 24 hours and I can utilize it when it works for me! Windsor is a beautiful family rental community in Delray Beach, conveniently located to town and its gorgeous beach, great shopping, delicious dining opportunities, and an array of diverse activities. From a happy 5-year resident.

Grounds r kept clean & in working condition. Rent & fees r a lot , still somewhat competitive 4 the area. Too many undisclosed "fees " added to rent. Leasing office helpful & friendly.

The maintenance staff is always polite and they never make a mess in your home.

The crew is always patient, pleasant and professional - no matter if its via phone, resident portal or in person. You can always trust that someone will be there to provide assistance and help.

Well maintained quiet community. 1 bd visually pleasing but kind of small & strange layout for furniture. Not a lot of cabinet/ closet space. Gym has updated machines could use a bit more variety & some music. Nice staff

They truly made the process of moving in a delightful and easy experience! My overall experience was very, very professional very welcoming, had no issues from start to finish. Catherine was very, very thoughtful. She even asked about my father, which I did talk about to her. He had some heart issues . Amazing experience.

I have been living in Windsor for almost a month now and have loved everything about it. The community is beautiful, the location is in a prime area, the people/neighbors are so nice and respectful, and our apartment has exceeded all our expectations!

I moved in a few weeks ago from New Jersey and it was the best decision of my life! Cat, Chris, and JoAnn in the leasing office have all been extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I had a few maintenance issues and Gianny fixed them very quickly and efficiently; he was also kind and friendly! I feel very safe here as well which was a huge factor for me in choosing an apartment complex. The Windsor's amenities are top-notch: beautiful grounds and pool, gym, and many areas in the office for remote workers. Very close to the beach and downtown. So appreciative and blessed to be a part of the Windsor community! Thank you!
