If you’re interested in living in a well-kept, managed and super dog friendly place, the Windsor is IT. Clean, spacious building, super convenient access to bike path and the T. This is the best place I’ve ever lived.

The maintenance team came immediately on a saturday to address my fire alarm device. They first helped me to stop the beeping and test alarm (was not a fire or carbon monoxide concern). Then they came back and replaced the system completely which was a pleasant surprise as i thought the system may need to be replaced. They always address maintenance requests with care and address the issue completely.

Excellent management team, property well maintained, some challenges living in the property including noice from neighbors after 10 pm and public workers trucks leaving their engine on at midnight or early morning. Very difficult to sleep!

I just moved in less than a week ago, but already got super mad at the management. First, Jordan in the leasing office is very unfriendly. He talks in a very offensive way. Second, I found the washer in the my apartment broken on the first day. Then I told Jordan, I guess he didn’t even report it. I then called maintenance many many times, they didn’t come until five days later! Chris replaced it with a new one, but he didn’t even connect the water hoses!!! Now I have to call them again. Are you kidding me? It’s been almost a week, and I still don’t get a working washer. In addition, the property is dirty everywhere. You can see trash everywhere and packages piled on the floor. Worst management ever!!!

Windsor at Cambridgepark has been a beautiful experience. The staff are kind and attentive - from the manager and leasing agent to the cleaning crew and maintenance. You can also tell they enjoy their jobs. To me, that says something about a company. Communication and submitting requests or paying bills are a breeze. The security of the building and buzzing in for guests are very reassuring. I love the LEED gold certification. They also have easy setup for composting. Pet friendly as well, with a pet of the month. Monthly community events are a lovely addition.
It’s great place to live good community and good management safe and secure. I recommend everybody to live with the community Windsor.
I chose to live at Windsor at Cambridge Park for several reasons - location, apartment size and layout, cleanliness of property, and welcome feeling from leasing office. Since moving here I have been quite pleased with all the reasons I moved here in the first place. The location is perfect for walking and navigating around to all the perks in the area. For the times in which I have needed help from maintenance, they have been responsive and very helpful. In addition, the amenities, especially the common outdoor areas are wonderful. For the most part, the apartment has been a pleasant experience. It is safe, quiet, and the room is spacious. I also use the amenities from time to time so it is nice that it is there. If someone asked me if it was worth the hefty price, I would have a difficult time answering. Construction has been ongoing and disruptive, and there is nothing particularly special about the apartment nor its management that makes me want to go out and advertise for the apartment complex

Windsor provides excellent amenities and features, and the staffs are very kind, friendly, and helpful. The rental rate is a bit high in my opinion, but it is still reasonable given that it is located in Cambridge.

Few months since I started my lease, a loud thudding noise from the ceiling (or potential neighbors above) started. Upon exchanging more than 60 emails and a few visits by maintenance, nothing was fixed. The noise was affecting some other tenants and personally was affecting a lot for my sleep. I communicated this several occasions to the management. They were really nice in trying but nothing was fixed and eventually they forgot. I was asked once to work from home so that a technician can come to the apartment during my presence. The sad thing about this is that on that day noise was tacking place but the technician never showed up. I really like the staff of the property, they were always nice an professional. But unfortunately the efforts to rectify this issue was futile, leaving a tenant such as myself paying around 3000$ for rent bills in a luxury apartment with constant sleep interruptions because of some thudding noise. At this rate, I would definitely not renew a lease. My only request is that you as a business entity, being transparent about this for your next customer so that they won’t struggle like I did.

I have been a resident for a month now and my experience has been very good. Our apartment is spacious and we have good amount of natural light and air circulation. The amenities are also great.

Our apartment did not seem professionally cleaned upon move-in. Numerous amenities do not work upon move-in and maintenance has not been on top of the repair. They came rather quick after the initial request, but have not returned to do the repairs.

Windsor at Cambridge park is an amazing community with great facilities for a very reasonable price. So far the support we received from the leasing office around moving in has been amazing. When there are issues, the leasing office is very prompt and in general the facilities are very well kept.

Overall, I am super excited to be living here. The management staff are FANTASTIC and there are so many great features about this place. The automated package room is a dream for getting situated after moving here long distance; I have so many packages coming and that room makes pickup so convenient. The only minor (minor!) complaint I have so far is that while the high ceilings are beautiful, there does not seem to be much insulation between floors. This makes hearing upstairs neighbor footsteps pretty common, but that is a usual for apartment living. So far, I am really happy about my decision to move here!
My fiancee and I love living at Windsor. There is plenty of space. Our neighbors are fairly quiet for the most part. Having an elevator and W/D in unit are an absolute luxury in Cambridge! We already know we want to renew because our quality of life outside of work has dramatically improved since moving to Windsor CP.
