Great place to call home!! The staff are so friendly and they made the application process very easy, but there are two pools at the property!!
Great place to live with an amazing staff. The apartments are beautiful and at affordable prices. I highly recommend these apartments.
Nice place to live, close to downtown. Staff is very professional and very engaging. Whenever I had an issue; they were sure to send maintenance out to fix the problem! It has served the purpose during my stay, and I would definitely recommend to others!
Not if you want a/c that works. Or not if you want plumbing to work. And not if you want maintenance to be done in a timely manner! The big "renovation" and upgrade of the apts is cosmetic not real upgrades. The AC is over 40 years old and several apts need new ones. They haven't gotten them even in the heatwave. The place floods. Downstairs apts get floods from upstairs apts plumbing when it's left to rot. Lived here 3 months and am DONE. Wish I'd never moved here.
After reviewing our situation, telling us we'd qualify, we paid the fee and received an email denying us. No explanation or anything else. Poor customer service. Do not waste your money.
Great place to call Home! Beautiful landscaping and nice size apartments!
I had a maintenance issue, and the owner personal came out to see what the problem was and personal took care of the issue asap. Great staff who really trying to make this place a great complex to live at.

THE APARTMENT COMPLEX IS NICE. THE RENTAL RATES ARE RIDICULOUS. THEY ONLY OFFER 1 AND 2 BEDROOMS, THERE ARE NO WASHER DRYER HOOK UPS IN THE UNITS AND YOU HAVE TO WALK YOUR TRASH A MILE DOWN THE SIDEWALK. WHEN IT RAINS THE PARKING LOT FLOODS SO HIGH IT REACHES THE INSIDE OF YOUR CAR. THE RENT GOES UP EVERY TIME IT IS TIME TO RENEW YOUR LEASE. THE LATE FEE IS 100$. THIS IS HORRIBLE EVERY COMPLEX IN THE AREA HAS A POOL OR TWO SO WHAT ARE WE REALLY PAYING FOR. IF YOU WANT TO HAVE TENANTS FOR LONGEVITY STOP HIKING THE RENT.

I just recently had my very first beautiful baby girl so i finally decided for her sake to move into our own home. A family friend referred me to Windsor Arms,I decided one day while free from work and baby duties to look into it. Once I pulled up the first thing I noticed was their beautiful manicured lawn and tidy parking lott. I was kindly greeted by a friendly older gentleman who looked to be the maintenance man. Once I entered the rental office I was automatically greeted by two women behind desk, each was friendly and very helpful. They walked me through everything, answered all my questions and concerns and guaranteed me quality and safe living for me and my daughter. All the amenities was a plus large rooms and walk in closets. 2 baths and 2 beds, central air, garbage disposal, dishwasher, cable ready, onsite laundry,2 pools and a tennis court as well as a play ground all which is literally a few steps from my front door and across the street from my job.The townhouse of my choice was perfect. Everything was clean and tidy and as if newly renovated not sure if such it gives you that feeling .I was surprised by the patio out back that had its own grill yet another plus because I am a secret chef . there's plenty of storage and cabinetry for your personal gain. Last but not least the small kitchen and pantry which I love its so adorable and perfect for a small family where family dinners aren't so large and even if you have a larger family there's a mid size dinning area and large living room for all to gather and enjoy each others company. WINDSOR ARMS. IT WORKED FOR ME AND MY FAMILY IT CAN FOR YOU AND YOURS .safe and beautiful area ..near Abercorn where all your shopping centers are located.
