Surrounded by natural beauty, Olde Town is Issaquah’s downtown district. Issaquah means “the sound of birds,” which certainly fits this wooded locale with panoramic views of the mountains and verdant forests. Similar to many Washington locals, Olde Town residents spend their free time hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding along with other outdoor hobbies. There are several parks and trails located in Olde Town and several sprawling green spaces surround the area including the Tiger Mountain State Forest, the Squak Mountain State Park Natural Area, and the Cougar Mountain Regional Wildland Park.
Although the area has its share of modern amenities, you’ll feel like you’ve stepped back in time once you enter this quaint locale. Olde Town resembles a charming small-town with mom-and-pop restaurants, art galleries, and other locally-owned businesses.

I am impressed how efficient and in great manner they resolve any issue on my building or apartment. I feel safe here. Tiffany is wonderful.

I am so glad to hear you feel safe at Windsong and taken care of. Thanks for your encouraging feedback. We love to hear from our residents! -Windsong Team
The new leasing manager was rude every time we had to speak with her. She made moving out so much harder than it needed to be. Not to mention she over charged us for everything. By the time our lease ended, we didn’t care what we had to pay. We just wanted to be done with it all. Worse experience ever.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to submit a review of your experience. We are saddened to hear that you feel this way. We strive to provide the utmost customer service for all customers. If you would like to discuss your experience and/or the charges for refurbishment that were assessed at the time of move out we are open to doing so. Thank you so much, Windsong Management
Windsong is really over priced for the apartments and the location. Not only that, the site manager charged us a crazy amount for the repairs of us leaving. They said that the dish washer, washing machine and dryer were broken when they worked fine the whole time we lived there. Which cost 200$ to replace the dish washer and more money for the part on the washing machine. That there was a apartment cleaning fee when we cleaned the apartment from top to bottom ourselves, which was 204$. Charged us 240$ for cleaning the carpet when the carpets were perfectly fine and didn't have almost any stains. Even said that the bathtub was stayed and needed to be completely repainted. A bill total of over 1000$ with other damages that they said we caused. I'm not saying that all the damage wasn't our fault. We did have some holes in the wall from hanging stuff up. I would never recommend anyone to live here after my experience.

Hello, We are very apologetic that you feel this way. Our move-out charges can be found on the back of your lease, although, if you would still like to discuss this experience please reach out to our Customer Service team by emailing customerservice@weidner.com. Thank you.
Windsong has a great location, within walking distance of the historic downtown area. Management of the property is first rate. Everything is maintained, cleaned and in great condition. Tandem parking under the buildings was great during the snow last winter, most people were able to keep 2 vehicles under cover. Pool and Hot tub aren't giant, but plenty of room for families.

Thanks so much for the feedback, we appreciate hearing from our residents! I am glad to hear you like calling your community home. I will be sure to pass along your kind words to the team! Thanks again!
I can't say enough great things about Windsong and the team that manages it, but I'm going to try. I moved here last summer and was immediately impressed with the entire process. The price is extremely competitive for the Issaquah market, and you're getting way more for your money than any other complex I looked at. The property manager Evan is extremely friendly and helpful - he was willing to accommodate my schedule and negotiations. He even came in on his day off to do a walk through and hand off the keys. The apartments are beautiful, open, clean and functional. The maintenance process is a dream, if there's ever an issue - I just submit a request online and its taken care of within a day by the wonderful maintenance manager, Bold. The property is in a perfect location, walking distance to all of the activity around old Issaquah (Front St, Sunset, etc.). There's also a walking trail that runs behind the complex, connecting you to tons of other trails in the area. You can even hike up Poo Poo Point right from your front door, no need to drive down Hobart and brave parking at the ever-popular trail head there. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking in Issaquah, it absolutely ticks all the boxes in my book, and I look forward to living here as long as I need to until I can buy a place of my own. -Ryan

Ryan, Thank you so much for the kind words! We're honored you chose to make Windsong your home and are beyond thrilled to hear you're enjoying your home!
I moved here in November of 2018,and I knew that it was where I was going to call home because the manager Evan and mainatince man Bold are fantastic people and they work very hard to ensure things done in a timely manner. They are very friendly and really care about their tenants. They love their jobs and it shows. If I'd never moved here I wouldn't have met them. I'm never moving. I would highly recommend Windsong apartments to anyone. This is a very safe and secure complex to live. Amanda Petersen

I have lived in Issaquah for 56 years and the old small town comradery isn't the same with the rapid growth!!!! Since living in Windsong, Evan the leasing manager extraordinaire and Bold our maintenance manager along with our community has brought back the small town comradery!!!! Our neighborhood looks out for 1 another, we have regular events and community gatherings. Extremely friendly neighbors bringing back the caring and friendly Issaquah community!!!! BEST PLACE IN TOWN TO LIVE!!!!
Windsong is clean, quiet & lovely. The buildings are well-maintained. The director & maintenance staff is so responsive-you never have to request something twice. I wouldn’t live anywhere else in Issaquah.

We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We are glad to hear you are happy calling Windsong your home! Kind Regards, Your Windsong Team.
Living in a few different apartment complexes in the greater Issaquah area has allowed me quality perspective, and Windsong is by far top-tier! From the first moment I walked into the lodge to inquire about residency, I knew that I was home. Welcomed by a very friendly and professional gentleman by the name of Evan who immediately offered a cup of coffee and some quality conversation. On our way to view potential layouts, I was overjoyed to see not only a pool but an abundance of walking trails as I value being connected to the outdoors. Upon entering the first unit, I was immediately sold and asked how to best expedite the move-in process! While Evan drew up the contract, a man by the name of Bold was introduced to me as the head of maintenance (very qualified for the position) and showed me all of the potential utilities and features of my new home! After the official walk-through, I had the absolute pleasure of meeting some of the management staff! Rather than feeling intimidated, I immediately felt not only welcomed but also valued and truly cared for. I would STRONGLY recommend starting your search here if you are thinking of moving to the area, Moving is never easy, but the Windsong staff certainly made the process so much smoother! From my first introduction to my everyday life, I have truly felt like a member of not only the community, but the Windsong family as a whole!

Thank you for your kind words. We appreciate you taking the time out of your day to let us know how much you enjoy being a part of the Windsong community. We are so glad to have you as a resident and look forward to hearing from you again in the future! Sincerely, Your Windsong Team.
Returning to apartment living after years of being a homeowner made me feel apprehensive, but I could not be happier as a resident of Windsong Apartments! This community is unlike your typical apartment complex, in that there is an amazing sense of community among the residents and staff. Quiet, well-kept, perfectly located in the beautiful Olde Town section of Issaquah, you can walk to the theater, amazing restaurants, the library, and it’s in a perfect spot to have easy drivability and access to shopping. The leasing and maintenance staff is superbly professional and friendly. There are social events for residents to enjoy mingling (which are lots of fun) and you can also always count on feeling that your home is a private tranquil spot, when you want some down time. Honestly, it doesn’t feel like living in an apartment, just a safe, secluded, close knit home community of neighbors and friends.
