Windham Court

I have just signed my second lease on a one bedroom, because I have loved living here this last year. The apartment I live in is super quiet, I have never had to worry about sketchy or loud neighbors and everyone has been respectful and minds their own business. The apartment staff has been very accommodating as well as the maintenance who have fixed any small problems that have arised such as light bulbs burning out, or replacing my blinds. The only complaint I have is the closet space in my bathroom isnt deep enough to fit a folded towel, or really much room for anything but I still make it work. I would recommend this apartment to any one.

Very good overall. I was looking for an apartment to rent with a specific price point in mind, I was able to find many places that could have met my needs and I ended up finding my current apartment Windham Court. It was beautiful on move in day, and better than what I thought it would be. I've been here almost a year now and I can say it's quiet, the neighbors are wonderful, Being a single woman, I feel safe here too. Highly recommend.

Management has an attention to detail, commitment to a dignified and well-maintained property, and a fair price. It has been surprisingly how quickly maintenance requests are addressed. We enjoy the lovely grounds. And we really notice and appreciate that the building exteriors are kept fresh, clean, and looking good. No peeling paint, dilapidated stairwell, or falling pieces of trim. When they take the lead on pride of ownership, it helps residents to be courteous and responsible as well.

Staff is friendly and responsive. Easy to get along actually answer the phone. Apartments are clean and will maintained. Maintenance is awesome. Good place to love. Nestled in a nice neighborhood. The Gym has great equipment. Pool and sauna are alway well kept. Nice friendly environment.

I love living in Windham Court, it is my favorite place, nice location. The management Robin and Eliuanna are very friendly and helpful. They made me feel at home. If I need maintenance they are very responsive and professional! Really a Big apartments, large windows, ceramic tile, laundry room, washer and dryer, spacious covered porch, picnic & grilling areas throughout.

I lived in Windham Court for 4 years and I'd like to say the staff there is really nice and helpful! The place is also located in a really good location. Some nice renovations to the pool and fitness area. Apartments were nicely updated inside. The apartments are very affordable and have great amenities. I would recommended this to someone wanting a decently affordable apartment in a good area of Wichita, Kansas.

A nice, homey place “Windham Court”. Well, finished apartments and layout of two-bedroom apartment is great. Our building is Super clean, great staff!! Close to everything like Airport, School, Hospital. Well spacious and safe parking space. The employees are very helpful and pay attention! The maintenance was generally fast, friendly and effective. The laundry room is very nice, they just got new machines, looks like a few weeks ago. I love it here.

Windham Court Is the best place to live. I have lived here in my Apartment for the last 2 years and I just renewed my lease. Quite, plenty of places to park and near everything. I love it here they have friendly staff. They are pet friendly and have a pool. Very secure building. I would highly recommend this apartment.

"Windham Court" is the best apartment complex I have ever lived at. It was a great pleasure to live there. Service requests are always handled in a timely manner. The management team is easily accessible and extremely helpful in any needs we might have. I've been living here 18 months now, I've been treated very well here. The staff works well with the tenants. I can tell they truly care about the people that live here and I can count on them. I've lived here for 2 years. For the price of the apartments these are a really good deal. The apartment complex is older but new management has updated a lot of things. Closet to a bunch of restaurants. Overall I like my apartment and plan to stay here for a while.

Since my husband and I have lived here we really haven't had any problems to speak of. Really great customer service, and lots of community events.

Moved into the area from out of state and the management here was great working with me, and sending me pictures of my unit before I moved in. They are very responsive to all maintenance requests and concerns. Tons of storage space in the closet and I barely ever hear my neighbors.

Ok, so I am super picky about giving 5 stars on Yelp, but I have to say, I am highly impressed with Eliuanna. (we previously lived across the street). Everything is Good and super accommodating. Well worth the price

Love the dedication from all the staff from the leasing office to custodial and maintenance. Everyone is friendly and works (thank you Robin) so hard to keep things fresh.

This is one of the best place to live in Wichita. Eliuanna is always very helpful. Apartments are spacious and clean, though its an older property and also the rents are pretty good.

If I could give more stars, I would! Great affordable place, friendly staff and clean and safe apartments.

For the most part it is a nice apartment that is well maintained in terms of landscaping. The office staff is typically pretty nice and have always been helpful and courteous. It is generally quiet except around the pool and playground area.

Kevin promptly came and fixed our clogged bath tub. He was also here another time for a minor repair and always does great work. Glad he works here. Just wanted to say thanks for doing a great job.

My daughter and I moved from Denver To Wichita. We experienced an apartment complex that was dreadful. Then we went to an apartment finder and they recommended this complex we are in now. These apartment people are very professional and courteous. This location is perfect and the area seems to be well maintained. It is convenient to the bus line and shopping is in the area just down the street. A very nice and quiet place to live.

The view from my apartment is very nice, and is located near the pool, which we use a lot. The walls are insulated well, so I do not hear any street noise at night on the inner side of the property, as well as limited noise from neighbors. The apartments are very nicely designed. The office and maintenance staff are all very friendly and quick to respond to questions.
