Property Ratings at Windcrest Apartments
Living here was great. I lived here for almost 5 years and never had any issues. Management is awesome and on top of anything that is needed. It is a very quiet and clean place to call home. If something needed repairs I never had to wait long for it to be repaired. I truly enjoyed living here and if I ever needed to I would definitely return to this complex.
This complex is nice and quiet, the apartments are spacious and the management team is very friendly and knowledgeable, there is a maintenance crew and the gardeners come weekly so the exterior yard is always well kept and I’ve never had to worry about repairs, the teams work well an respond right away. Donna & Veronica happily go the extra mile to help, my nephew was not going to be able to go trick-or-treating and he was very sad so we did trick-or-treating early and Donna and Veronica helped us do it and it made his whole day or as he put it the best day ever! You don’t get that kind of treatment everywhere trust me ??
I love the management team Donna & Veronica they stay on top of this place there kind and considerate, They were so kind they even helped me out with a mock trick or treat experience for my grandson which he LOVED! Ive never had any issues and if something needed repairs I never had to wait long and So in short I would recommend this place as nice place to call home.
I've been a resident for several years, and have only good things to say about it. Management and staff are super-friendly and any time I've needed minor maintenance, like a toilet running or electrical issues resolved, they have done promptly. It's very quiet, and my neighbors are very respectful of each other - even the kids! If you get a chance to live here, you'll be glad you did.

Living here was great! Its clean and quiet. The maintenance is great and top of things. Donna and Veronica are the best managers ever! Definitely recommend living here; The only reason I left is because I moved out of state.

I resided at Windcrest for almost 2years and I'll have to say it is the quietest apartments I've ever resided at.I didnt have problems with crime or noise.The apartment grounds were kept clean.The manager Donna and Veronica and the maintenance staff are all nice people. My kids loved the snack shop they had on site as well as being able to get your change for laundry in the office.These are also affordably priced and located near shopping centers and the freeway.
I love this complex, I have been living here over a year now and I have never had an issue. The maintenance staff and the office staff are extremely helpful and polite. They respond quickly and promote a clean and safe environment. The complex is quite, kept up well and is very kid friendly.

Pet friendly gated community and a playground for the kids. Reasonable prices and continual grounds upkeep. Quiet and on call maintenance.

I am very pleased with this apartment complex. It is very well maintained and clean and the office staff are very nice people. I love the pricing and the amenities. It has a pool and a laundry facility. The maintenance responds fast and they are useful. The area is safe and nearby schools, grocery stores and shopping centers. I enjoy the space of the apartment. I plan to live in the apartment as long as I am able to afford it. I am very pleased with my living situation and my son loves it as well.
