love, love, love how helpful, informative and nice ms. monica was throughout the entire process. the apartments are very beautiful inside and out. definitely recommend.
The past reviews for this apartment complex aren’t based on the actual living experience at this apartment complex which is why they are so good. They ask people before they move in to leave a review which is fully based off the initial experience with “customer service”. Though everyone I came in contact with at this apartment complex is somewhat nice here’s an actual review of the APARTMENT LIVING EXPERIENCE. I lived in phase 2 and the apartments are nice they are and they are new so they are updated. HOWEVER, I’m not sure if they went to the dollar tree to buy the supplies to build this complex but the walls are EXTREMELY thin. I lived on the third floor and I felt like I lived on the 1st floor. They are EXTREMELY over priced for the location and quality of the apartments. I heard conversations of people below me and next to me while they were in the apartment. I hear babies crying all throughout the night and people stomping on their floors and slamming things. There were occasional loud crashes and booms out of no where. I lived in a back apartment and one time I heard conversations from the parking lot. Speaking of parking, it suck. Parking SUCKS! You just may have to park on the side and not in an actual parking spot or a couple buildings down from your actual building. The courtesy police and management don’t care about noise complaints so don’t even try to make them. There are times when my apartment would smell like a certain kind of drug because of the vents and people doing drugs in their apartments. There are people with dogs that don’t clean up behind them so there is dog crap EVERYWHERE. Over all if you want an updated apartment that was made out of paper with drugs and dog poop everywhere go ahead and apply.

I can tell the manager, Debra, really cares about the people here. She is always friendly and will stop what she is doing to talk with you and see how you are doing. She shows genuine care for the residents and wants to make sure they are happy. The staff is very friendly and take care of any questions or requests quickly. They all show that they want this place to be the best it can possibly be.
I was looking for a place to stay and stopped in at Wimbledon Greens and spoke to Ms Debra. She was very friendly, well-informed, and really made an effort to address any issues I brought to the table. The property is beautiful and well-kept. I will definitely be back to rent here.
I moved in an apartment on the new side almost 4 months ago and everything has been great. The floor plan, the countertops, everything is just so modern but not overdone. Monica in the office was so helpful. I literally had two days to get moved in and she made it happen. Great place to to stay with a an angel names Monica in the office.

Don't let the good reviews fool you. They ask people right after move in to rate so it doesn't give an accurate representation of the amount of complaints tenants have raised with this place. I've had a noise issue with my neighbors since I've moved in. I'm paying a premium for Phase II New Construction with paper thin walls. You can hear literally everything your neighbor does. I can hear their conversations. If you like to sleep reasonable hours, heck at all really, at night, forget about it. If you work nights & sleep during the day, definitely don't think about it. I can hear dogs running around and barking. There is dog crap everywhere. Other tenants are so inconsiderate with noise and their dogs. Management is TWO-FACED. After their weak attempts to "deal" with my noisy neighbor I asked to get out of my lease. They refuse to let me out without buying out of the lease.That's insane since they can't and/or refuse to deal with my neighbor. I've been sleep deprived for over a month now. I have a white noise machine and ear plugs and it still isn't enough. Seriously, don't make the same mistake I made and find another place to live.

The apartment themselves are really nice. Management is nice and helpful, I do wish some things were enforced better. It seems really laid back. I’ve had someone attempt to enter my apartment, and I live by myself. I don’t feel safe here. I’m not satisfied with anything else besides the inside of my apartment and would choose not to deal with it involving the community and people. These apartments were new so I didn’t know what to expect. I love around a lot so I was hoping this could be permanent for a while but I do intend to move out at the end of my lease. I would recommend if your not as particular about things and don’t care as much about the people who live in your community.

This is a great place to live. Pet friendly And Maintenance 24 hrs a day. Office staff is very helpful and Austin in maintenance was Awsome as well very helpful.

First off, Marilyn is amazing. I couldn’t ask for a better person to manage this property!! She’s very personable and genuinely cares about each and every one on the tenants. She keeps us informed on everything and spoils us with treats from time to time. Tim, the maintenance guy is great! Very fast with repairs and is always very pleasant! The property is beautiful, quiet and well kept! This is an amazing place to live. I have no complaints at ALL. I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon.

You have researched or tried the others now try the BEST! This truly is the best apartment living facility that I have ever stayed at. You are truly "at HOME" here. The complex is clean, safe, and well maintained. The apartment manager is very professional and she really attends to all matters no matter how big or small. She will be responsive to all your requests and needs and is really polite and goes out of her way to solve any problems that may occur. The maintenance department is trustworthy, wonderful, and also very helpful. It is always so clean and well-kept here. I will soon be a retiree and I am not going anywhere. I feel as though I can call Wimbledon Green Apartments in Little Rock, Arkansas my home. I chose this complex very carefully because I live here by choice.
