Infested with roaches. Poor ac.
Owners refuse to have exterminator come through to adjacent appartments in the acceptable time frame so the roaches persist. Nothing drastic has been done to amend this. Disgusting. The ac unit also sucks too much electricity.

Love my Townhouse
It is not huge but cute the bedrooms each have their own bath and I am on the end. Two blocks off the beach and I have the best landlords cannot ask for more
