0/10 do not recommend. The maintenance men are so unprofessional. They’ll have to come to your unit 2-3 times for the same issue because nobody knows what they’re doing. They talk so rude to you. My unit was infested with flies when they started the construction. It’s completely outdated, then they want to charge you so much to live in an old raggedy box. The floor were coming up the 2nd week I moved in. The neighbors have secret cameras pointed towards your front door for whatever odd reason. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Love my apartment, it faces the pond and is beautiful at sunset and in the morning. Ihaven't had any problems with noisy neighbors. Lots of parking, reserved garages are available, love it for winter. When I need maintenence, they are almost there to fix what's needed.

The office staff are great! Maintenance free living is fantastic. Parking could be better. Pools are great. Wish they could make them indoor for all year use.

My daughters and I moved to Indiana in March and finding a new home turned out to be a feat in itself but when we found Willows of Coventry we knew we found the perfect place. The office staff went above and beyond for us helped every step of the way and made the process so easy going for us, they are all so kind and professional. We just felt welcome right away. The maintenance staff are just as kind and welcoming as well as prompt and extremely courteous. Our place is beautiful! We have an amazing view of the pond and there is so much wild life to watch and admire. There are two pools, gym with 24hr access a club house, basketball court, and playground for the kids. They are pet friendly so we made many new furry four legged friends and all the neighbors have been so kind and welcoming. We love it here and its extremely convenient to all shopping and dinning needs as well as to many more wonderful amenities the city of Fort Wayne has to offer. We could not have found a better place to live and we plan to be here for a very long time. We love it!!

We have lived at Willows of Coventry twice in the past 5 years, and we would highly recommend it to anyone. We first lived here when we moved to Fort Wayne in 2019. We moved out when we bought our first home in 2022. After doing a lot of work to remodel and fix up that home, we decided to sell and move back into an apartment, and we loved Willows enough during our time here before that we decided to come back! Maintenance and office staff are amazingly kind and helpful. During the winter months, they went above and beyond to take care of us when there was an issue with pipes freezing and flooding our unit. They helped make a very stressful time much easier, and we are very grateful for them!

Willows of Coventry is a wonderful community in which to live. The grounds are beautiful and immaculately maintained. The living space is modern and has a wood burning fireplace, full size washer and dryer plus spacious bathrooms. The staff are professional, informative and very kind. The amenities are numerous. It is the perfect community for young families, commuters since its only 4 minutes from I-69 interstate, and those more mature adults looking to downsize. I love living at Willows at Coventry. It is the perfect place for me.

This place is so quiet and peaceful with the lake and geese. The staff and leasing company treats you like family, they will do whatever they can for you and have done so much for me; I am so grateful! Shawna is an excellent lease Mgr and has been great with me and all the staff so friendly! Brent is by far the best maintenance guy I've ever seen, he rocks! So friendly professional and highly skilled and he will explain everything so it'seasy to understand. He, Shawna and Damecia are great people to talk to and get to know. Anytime they get a work order they are usually there in hours, best service I've ever seen!

Great first apartment. I was in a small one bedroom 1 bath, however the vaulted ceiling’s made it feel way bigger. The appliances worked great and they were really quick in fixing any problem that came up. The apartment was clean upon moving in and the landscape was beautiful. Not to mention the easy move in and move out process. If you are moving to Fort Wayne, these apartments are great. It’s in a very nice area and the best Kroger is very close. The staff was always helpful and I enjoyed walking by the ponds. I highly recommend this place!!

I lived in Fort Wayne at Willows of Coventry Apartments for about 2.5 year during that time my rent have gone up over $600 a year. It is also loud from the highway, airplanes flying over, and the hospital helicopter. Snow removal is awful. Tree upkeep is awful as well. I don't know how many trees have falling down over the time I was there. I had 1 tree limb fall on my car. They didn't care and said that is why you have your own insurance. Bugs were bad. Had mold in my vents and ants coming through them as well.

Unfortunately, we can’t always help unforeseen events, like extremely bad weather or noise issues due to location. When the entire area is experiencing unusually bad weather, the vendors we contract to clean up the mess are generally not staffed to handle such an overload of work in a short amount of time. Hopefully you have noticed that the trees that went down from the last series of horrible storms, were cleaned up. For the price, you'd be hard-pressed to find something better in the Fort Wayne area. The community is very scenic and pleasant. Workout facility is small, but the equipment suits most needs. The lake is pretty and fishable. You also cannot beat the location; grocery, theater, dozens of restaurants, shopping centers, etc. are no less than 5 minutes away.
From the interior of my apartment to the exterior the place is beautiful. I love the open design and the fireplace! My patio overlooks the 3 acre pond and there's always a pleasant breeze. The neighbors are friendly and my granddaughter that lives with me has met many friends her age at the pool, fishing around the pond or when we go on walks. I love it here!
I visited this community and was awed by the choices and amenities. Beautiful setting. Great location. Simply charming and inviting.
