Peaceful, well taken care of community!! We really enjoy this being our home!! And, the property manager and maintenance man are amazing!!!!

Everyone is so nice and the neighbors are nice as well but they are a little to expensive and if something goes wrong they are right on top of it and if u have any questions they will answer them for you

Great surroundings and safe feeling. Sometimes people complain about noise when it’s not really necessary. The creeking becomes annoying at times. But overall, and good environment and safe environment for family

It has been a very pleasant experience so far! Easy to communicate with and helpful when needed. I have had a few maintenance needs and they were handled promptly which I really appreciated

Living here is very peaceful and everyone seems to be nice and the play area for the kids is nice for them to be able to have a place to play and enjoy

Nice community. Clean, beautiful view, friendly neighbors. Decent playground. Amazing front receptionist. Healthy environment. Great for kids, family parties and outdoor events as well!

I have had a water leak twice already and I’ve only been here for four days the community looks really wonderful. The neighs are very friendly. They only have one maintenance man on the property, which makes it really hard to manage. The parking is really crowded. The landscaping is wonderful.

I have lived at Willowood Apartments. Property is kept neat and clean. Maintenance is on top of things anytime I call with an issue. I believe this is the best place to call home in Westminster.

The community has been a great place to live for the last few. The staff is friendly and helpful and I feel safe living there. The apartment is small and fits our family wrll. I only wish it had two bathrooms.

I love it here everyone is so friendly and so kind , also its so quiet and enjoyable its amazing i would recommend this apartment to anyone.

So far I enjoy the community after 1 day. There are a lot of hodge podge fixes in my apartment that are very shabby (stapled linoleum just inside door, wood work banged up and repaired horribly, dripping on patio from AC unit above, the pump on sink for I guess hansoap at some point is filled with mildew and mold when I took the cap off, sound level through walls and ceiling are loud, every footstep and kids running all the time, hearing my neighbor talk on a phone through the walls etc.) I just am used to living in far better maintained places for the price we are paying. These things are noticed after one day which concerns me what else is going to be found. Im not trying to be negative but since you are asking me, I am sharing in the hopes some of them can be addressed.

I've only been here a short time, but everything has been positive. The property is maintained so nice. The staff is great. Heather deserves accolades for how knowledge and personable she is. Apartment was very clean and fresh for a new client.

I love living here. It’s close to shopping, doctors, places for walking. It’s peaceful and clean. I’m looking forward to summer and how beautiful the grounds will look. It’s a great area to be living in.

We’ve been here for 5 years. I think that says a lot! :) The staff/maintenance are always helpful and kind. I suggest Willowwood as a place that should be checked out when someone is looking for rental/lease options.

Everyone is so friendly and kind and we love living here it is also so quite nd peaceful, my dog loves it as well and its a good place to start if you have never had an apartment before

Nothing to complain about. A safe place to live and the people are friendly. Everything works in the apartment and if not the maintenance folks are quick to fix the issue.

Couldn’t be happier with our experience at Willowood! Everyone is very kind and maintenance is always quick to help. Lots of great places around to eat or go out as well.

First time renting. Leasing office personnel was wonderful in the whole process. Any questions or concerns, they were only a phone call away

Overall I am happy with my experience here. The only complaints would be the main door doesn’t close properly which allows cold or hot, depending on the season, air into the building easier and the floors creak a lot. But that’s not a major concern.

Beautifully remodeled apartment home space. Staff is excellent! Community is very welcoming and friendly. Our dog just loves the Bark Park!

I haven’t been here but for a couple of days and it’s been great. I love my new home. It seems quiet and peaceful. It’s a place that I know I will feel safe and comfortable living in. It even has a park for the grandkids.

Great staff! Maintenance always takes care of a problem right away and the grounds are kept up very nicely! Problems are addressed in a timely manner.

Neighbors are very polite. Parking is easy and laundry is convenient. Maintenance is quick to respond if there is an issue. All in all I would recommend living here.

We just renewed our lease here at Willowood apartments. It’s our 3rd year and it feels just as special and wonderful today as it did when we moved in 3 years ago. Heather and Mike are amazing. Always available to answer questions or respond to a work request. We are truly happy here and we call this our forever home.

Great neighborhood! Leasing office manager and maintenance tech are fantastic! Small complex so you get to know your neighbors. The grilling area is great when the weather is good! The dog park is fenced-in, well kept and nice to have!

I have enjoyed living here for the past year. Wonderful community of neighbors. The maintenance team is very willing to help or fix any problem I may have. I will be renewing for another year. The only downside, rent has risen over $200. this year, which is a bit high, considering other apartments in the area are much cheaper. I am impressed with Heather from the office. She's wonderful in her position and is very friendly and easy to talk to.

Moved here in November. Very quite and maintenance is very good and timely. Pleasant customer service and professional. The grounds are well maintained and the entry ways are clean.

Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Very pet friendly. Nice staff and neighbors. Maintenance is quick and efficient. Haven’t had any issues yet.

I have been a resident at Willowood for nearly 3 years. The apartments are spacious with beautiful flooring, as well as updated kitchen and bath. The staff is top notch. Heather brings professionalism to a whole new level. Always kind, willing to help, and always available. When needed, Mike is always promp in answering our needs. He is kind, attentive, and very knowledgeable. The grounds are always kept, with flowers year round. We are extremely happy at Willowood.

Periodic maintenance checks to replace filters and make sure everything is okay keeps everything running smoothly. If you ever need maintenance , Mike is there in a minute to get the job done.
