Willowbrook Terrace Apartments

DO NOT RENT HERE. They will take your money and then tell you the only way to contact them is through e-mail or online and then never do anything for you. The e-mail doesn't even work anymore. The walls and ceilings are super thin you can hear ever bang, thud, yell, arguement, even conversation your neighbors have. The siding on the outside is falling apart and full of holes on the back side of the building. The dishwasher is old and not very good. Save yourself the headache!

I applied for this apartment in May 2020. I got accepted but decided to go elsewhere. I have been in contact with them for months asking for my fee back and I have been given a run-around. From them saying they sent the check to my old address to a Worker name Jen promising she would make sure I receive my money. Today I contacted that same worker and now she is saying she quit. I find this company/complex very misleading. DO NOT GO HERE.

I reported a neighbor toilet running water that has been a long time problem. First that wasted a lot water due to the tank leak; secondly it was a disgusting noise. The manager Lora(not sure the spelling) called a service right away and the serviceman came to my room to check. He knocked the neighbour door and fixed the priblem! We are so happy that the noises stopped!! Thanks to the management team!!!

I lived in this community for almost 4 years, initial management was good and the things changed when the new management took over. It is one of the work management that I have ever seen. Maintenance is very poor and they won't turn at all after a long follow up. When I vacate the apartment they charged all the maintenance cost ($1500)in my final bill and also they sent it directly to the collection team instead of sending to my address that I was already communicated to them and that impacted my credit history that never had any bad history. I advise everyone not to think of renting in this community.

Dont Rent here as if you are commiting suicide! Horrible management and maintenance ( none existent maintenance) they dont know what they are doing in here.

The old company that used to own this property was fantastic. This new company is awful. We have lived here for over 2 years and will be moving as soon as our lease ends. It is impossible to get a person on the phone in the leasing office, maintenance is non-existent. We have had several small snow falls in the last few weeks and I haven't seen a single plow or seen anyone shovel which is ridiculous. We used to like living here but with the new company in charge we cannot wait to move. Don't waste your time looking here.

I have lived here now for 3 years, but definitely will be moving. Maintenance is nonexistent, property is unkempt, communication is very poor between residents and landlord, mailboxes are broken and not being fixed, potholes largest I have ever seen and not being fixed, exterior lighting is burned out and landlord not fixing and multiple service requests have gone unanswered. I am saddened to see this community be run into the ground by new management, everything was decent beforehand. Do not rent here.

Prior management and maintenance service was great. New owners do not communicate well or service the property. Trash stays for several weeks, parking lot lighting is a major safety concern and the landscape is not presentable. It's been months and no answers to service calls. The main entrance sign contact phone number is covered for a reason no one ever answers. A resident for 5 years that is moving. Do not rent here.

They will not publish this, but maintenance and service is very poor. They even turned out safety lights to save money.

I have been happy living at Willowbrook for about 4 years now! It is a quiet, friendly community and my apartment home is very comfortable. The management staff is courteous and maintenance issues are addressed quickly! I plan to continue living here and highly recommend Willowbrook to anyone that is looking for a great place to live!

Apartment. Is good in terms of space but some kitchen is not the way it should be and ac doesn't work better in master bed room rest is fantastic although the rent seems a bit higher as against apartments around

Very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. People are very kind out here ! Maintenance and landlord are very responsible. My wife and I love this place.
