The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

If you have problems save your time! Windows are falling through & they only put nails in to secure it the window still falls through! My heat is on 81 because the windows are messed up & my balcony door won’t close! Everything has been told to the office MULTIPLE times & never a call back!
Willow run has roaches, mice problems & gnat problems!!! Their entire property has water issues and because of that they now CHARGE FOR WATER! my husband is disabled and at first they moved us into a new apartment WITHOUT ac because he was a “liability” living in a second floor apartment!!! Now we have a kitchen with an inch of water in it and they told us to USE THE BATHTUB BECAUSE MAINTENANCE IS BUSY!!!

We would like to apologize for you recent experience. I would like to offer you the opportunity to utilize our monthly pest control service. Feel free to stop by/call the office to make sure your apartment is on the treatment list. You may choose to have a one time service or we recommend a monthly preventative. If you have any other lingering issues, please let the office know so they can be taken care of. We appreciate all our residents and want to develop a friendly lasting bond. Hope to hear from you soon, Tina
Everything looks good till your stuck in a lease. Rent sounds good apartments are nice. BUT manager is the worst I have ever seen she is rude and she can't be trusted. She does what she wants and if you have issues with her you can't talk to anyone else. I have maintenance issues that are not being taken care she doesn't keep me posted and one issue has been months and still not fixed. I would give more details but she is vindictive.
