Willow Ridge Apartments

A wonderful place to live! Very spacious and have a lot of storage for an apartment. Anytime you have an issue it is address either by management or by their maintenance team! I have no complaints!

First I want to give a huge thank you to Cindy, Linda and Kam for making my transition into the apartments and out of the apartments amazing and easy. Sadly I had to leave sooner than expected due to a change in my duty station; but they have made my stay completely stress free and the best management I have ever lived under. They are very friendly and understanding. I will say if you are military and looking for a great affordable place with all amenities from dishwasher to washer/dyer in unit and just location alone this is hands down the complex for you. You will be right down the road from a great gym, shopping stores and about a 12-15 minute drive from base which is pretty close compared to other places. This apartment complex works well with military members and also gives a discount. Even if you aren't military their prices are still very affordable and again just overall an amazing place to stay. Again thank you Cindy, Linda and Kam I will miss all of you and if I ever move back to the area just know I will be checking the availability at Willow Ridge first!!!

Management and office staff has always been a pleasure to deal with in my experience. Maintenance men are fantastic. I read some of the reviews and can only guess that perhaps they didn’t pay or follow guidelines. I love it here!!

Horrible management terrible owner she doesn't care about you at all has a really bad attitude and talk to you any kind of way not worth it!

Management is a nightmare to deal with and very rude after signing on the dotted line. Apartment are on the pricey side with outdated appliances like the microwave, washer, dryer, and thin walls. They could care less about where your packages are delivered since it's not their responsibility as your living residence. Don't let the friends and family member reviews fool you. Good for short term. Just do your research and have your checkbook ready. Read the lease, how it's formatted just describes the type of living experience your about to have. If you work in Prattville or Montgomery area, you'll have a short commute.

I lived in these apartments for 3 years, one bedroom then moved to a 2 bedroom. Paid deposits and pets fees Both times and cleared with management both times. They decided not to renew my lease because the same dog that had been with us for 3 years was now a dangerous breed. The staff is great minus the “owner” who thinks she’s better than everyone and will talk down to you about a matter that she’s wrong in

My husband and I were moving from Tuscaloosa to the area after my husband received a job in Montgomery. We were on a time crunch with only three weeks to find a place and move. We went to six different apartment complexes in Prattville, and Willow Ridge was the only one that had an almost immediate feeling of home. Patty and Linda were so nice and were always there to answer any questions we had. We rented at Willow Ridge from September 2014 until the end of December 2016 (when we purchased our first home). We had very few maintenance issues while living at Willow Ridge. The few problems we did have were always taken care of expediently, and Chris and Junior always did a great job. The best part of living at Willow Ridge were both the friendly staff (all would wave and say hi when they saw you), and the clean and friendly complex itself. If you are looking for a great apartment at a very reasonable price, with caring and friendly staff, I highly recommend Willow Ridge Apartments!!!

I absolutely love this apartment, the location is perfect, it is close to everything that I need, the office staff is very friendly and always helpful, it is a good size and the kitchen is the nicest I've seen in any apartments and far better than even some houses I have seen. The office holds your packages for you too and doesn't make you go to the post office to get them. Everyone I have met in the neighborhood is super friendly as well. I love everything about it and would highly recommend it!

Love this apartment! Trying to find a nice and affordable apartment in Montgomery was difficult, so we went outside of Montgomery and found this gem. The managers and staff are friendly and helpful and maintenance is also quick. The area is great and I can still get to work in Montgomery in less than 20 minutes. Right next to I65 and within walking distance (or a very short drive) to many stores and restaurants. The apartments themselves are lovely. While there are a few things that could be improved upon - the rugs aren't top quality and a few minor issues with appliances - I have really enjoyed living here. I love that they have quiet hours after 10pm and all of my neighbors have been friendly and respectful. The master bedroom closet is massive! The bathrooms are roomy and the living room/dining room is large and full of light. The outdoor areas are kept up well and the pools are a nice bonus. A few minor complaints: I don't particularly like how delivered packages are stored until you picked them up. But, I'm thankful that they accept packages while I'm out, so I can't complain there. Well, I guess that's my only issue at the moment... All in all, a great place to live if you are looking to live around the Montgomery/Prattville area. While we were planning to rent a home, a 2 bedroom apartment at Willow Ridge was more affordable and a much nicer area to live. Very, very happy here!
