The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at WILLOW PARK
Nice quiet community and very nice to have the washer and dryer right in the apartment. Management is kind of hard to get a hold of and pretty slow to get on anything. Most of the time I ended up fixing it myself. Rent is not 595 and we got letters saying due to the market it was gonna go up more than what we were already paying. Unless it's a new policy that we haven't been informed about animals are a no go including cats. Water in the showers also doesn't seem to stay warm for very long.
I lived in Willow Park for 2 years and can attest that management is god awful at doing their job. Things I have had go wrong in 2 years: - Gap in front door due to the apartment being on a floating slab - constantly letting cold air in (Landlord unable to fix) - Dirty apartment upon move in - Snow removal is on management as part of the lease, but if a large snowfall comes (even if weeks of notice is given it's incoming) don't plan on being able to get out of the lot in the morning - Excessive non-maintained landscaping (overhangs and blocks sidewalks/paths/building number/etc.) - When fall comes be prepared to traipse through leaves and sticks as the walks are never cleared - Painting was occurring for a month post move in - in the apartment - Window was promised to be replaced and never was - Gutters are never cleared of debris so every rainfall means you have to walk through a waterfall to enter your apartment. - Lots of other small cosmetic issues with the apartment not worth listing. Needless to say, if you have another option for where to rent, chances are your other options are better.
While the apartment in a whole are good I would still never rent here again. For the quality of the apartments rent is too high, and nothing is included in the utilities. The property manager is one of the worst managers I have ever had to deal with. Or should I say not deal with since he never bothered to answer his phone. It would take days to hear back or we wouldn't even hear back at all. He seems to be very unorganized and has a lack of motivation to make sure everything is ok with his renters. I'll never rent here again.
While these apartments are large, they were dated. Older carpet and utilities. The hallway smelled too. I feel they are way over priced for what you get.
We were very happy with the apartment. It was nice to have a garage and not have to pay any extra money for it. We looked at many apartments in the Appleton area and this was by far the best. We received many compliments from friends and family about how nice the apartment and neighborhood is. Each unit also comes with a washer, dryer and dishwasher, it was nice to have these in our apartment.
This place was amazing! It has all the comforts of a home with extras you would never get in a home, like free Heat and expert maintance. We loved it here but a transfer and buying a home is the only reason why we left. The private entrance made it really feel like a home and thier "Zero" tolerence for noise really keeps the property free from riff raff. We had a lot of problems at our last aparment with noise and parties and we were told at that time that they keep the people who don't bother thier neighbor and quickly get rid of those that do. We witnessed it in our building and what a releif that someone listens to the good tenants! We just hope our neighbor hood where our home is located is just as peaceful!
