Very peaceful area, the workers in the office is very nice. Clean environment. Animal friendly
Welcoming staff, nice neighborhood area great convenient to stores and highway. The effort and response time to resolve compliants are good.
I am very satisfied with my move into Willow Lake. At first there were some bumps in the road as the sink and fridge leaked but the management and staff were so responsive that it was a non issue. I enjoy the quite area, I'm not sure if its the walls or just my neighbors also being quite but it is very nice not hearing any walking above me as I had at my last apartment.
Great community. Good parking compared to other communities in the area. And a very respectable noise level. Great place to live
I love that it's a gated community and that there are ducks that live in the area. It's so cute to see them walking around and in the lake. I do also really like that we are allowed to have pets. There is also plenty of parking, but you have the option to get a car garage or roof-cover. I really appreciate that too, and my roommate loves his garage.
This apartment complex is very old. Nothing is up to date. Stepping into the apartments feels like stepping into 1990. There’s never any parking.
I love living in Willow Lake Apartments. I am a returning resident. The apartments are very spacious. The location is about 10 minutes or less from the highway, restaurants, stores, water park and the mall. The staff was great. Rosie was great throughout my application and move-in process. She was very attentive and quick with responses. The manager Courtney was also great. I dealt with her on my previous stay also.

Very clean and quiet
I’ve lived here for three years and the downstairs neighbors apartment caught fire. The security officer was too scared to break the window because he was worried they would charge him for it, WE put the fire out before the first responders got there and even saved their pets that were in the room that was burning. I was already getting ready to move into a larger apartment which was going to be ready about 2 weeks out. Was called and told the apartment had been ready for a few days already and that I could be given keys to expedite the process to get the apartment cleaned and hopefully transfer the downstairs residents. I figure ok I’m getting keys early as a courtesy to get out faster so they could clean. Wrong. I was presented a new contract In order to prorate my rent at the new rate which I found odd and when I called I was told what happened downstairs was none of my concern.. except my bedroom in directly above the burning room. The apartment I was moved into was clearly not move in ready as the front door handle came off as soon as I grabbed it. The refrigerator is not operating properly. The bathroom door does not close. I email about these as the door is an urgency... especially after the fire situation and was told to fill out the move in assessment and they would put in a service request. Completely unacceptable. When I presented all these things and spoke about my discomfort in proceeding with a lease in a apartment that I do not feel safe in but was told I would be breaching the contract which would go against my rental history and would be assessed a reletting fee so I am forced to stay another year in the apartment.

Ive been at Willow Lake for about a month and I couldnt have chosen a better place to call home! The property is well maintained. The office staff is very courteous and responds quickly.
Peaceful, clean and modern
I'm going to be completely honest here. I have been living here for a year now and i can honesty say i LOVE it mostly due to the fact i can have my two four legged kids with me with no issues,...when i first moved in the management was trash never did things they said they were going to do and always back out on their word. Now the new Management we got and the ladies upfront are super sweet an nice and they get things done in a quick but timely fashion. Since the new management has taken over about a few months ago my apartment complex has gotten more quieter, they even put in new security cameras and Speed bumps. We have also have a few law enforcement who live on the property as well. They even have holiday theme parties in the front office some people can get together and meet their neighbors. Over all its great and quiet place to live at..for me at least but you should come by and check it out for yourself and see for yourself i promise you wont regret it.
The people are very friendly. The apartments are nice. The location is convenient, not far from stores or restaurants but not surrounded by businesses.
I just move out from this place, before I move out they told me I can get my refund back within two weeks, and three moths passed, I still didn't seen any refund checks from them. When I contact them, they just gave me bunch of ridiculous reasons rather than solve the problem. I've rent couple of apartments before, and this is the worst one.
Where do I began, I've been liVing here for exactly 2 weeks so far my AC has leaked none stop, maintenance doesn't know how to actually fix anything! My stove burners were working for 10 days. The dryer vent was so clogged it too 4 hrs to dry my cloths. The AC leak just keeps getting worse. Oh and if you live on the first floor be prepared to hear everything from upstairs! Our neighbors are tiny and they even sound like elephants walking! Don't move here! It's not worth it! So glad our lease is only 6 months!
These apartments are close to everything you might need. Great schools, shopping and entertainment. The apartments have two pools, at least two ponds and plenty of places to walk and play with your dog. The apartments themselves are quiet ,built in the 80's, but are still in good shape. They are also renovating as we speak.
The complex is friendly and nice. Its under new management which it really needed. But it can use a better upgrade in the apartments with appliances and the option of carpet or no carpet. Not everyone likes carpet especially asthmatics.
