I was ripped off of my deposit. I only lived in the apartment for 1 year and I barely hung things on the wall because I knew that they would charge for holes in the wall. I basically gave them the apartment the same way I received it, pretty much clean. When I got my deposit back, they took out 43% out of my deposit. I had a $700 deposit and they took out $80 for carpet cleaning, $50 for cleaning, $88.32 for painting, and they charged me $74.29 for FINAL Utililty. My utility charges each month have been around $50 and all of a sudden they added additional amount to this. And I wasn't even using any utility during one whole month because of work, I had to relocate early but had kept the apartment only because they were going to charge me for 1 month's penalty. Even with not being in the apartment every day, my utility was more than when i actually lived there. THEY RIP YOU OFF! DON"T LIVE HERE!!! The MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE!!!!! If I could give them a ZERO star, I WOULD!

The management here loves spend unnecessary money on GARBAGE to "reward their customers that pay rent on time" yet fail to see that they do not even post rent until the day it is DUE! Then they will hit you with a late fee notice because you failed to pay even though you tried paying EARLY! How about you invest that money to go towards a better accounting program and post rent BEFORE IT IS DUE! The Karen-manager I spoke with also claimed I attacker her. Like seriously? I was being as respectful as I could, ma'am.

Was the worst place I had to bring my family after our house caught on fire, they took advantage of our situation, charging us high rent because we couldn’t sign a year lease. First of all I wouldn’t voluntarily live there, second of all, when I asked about the carpet cleaning, they told me it was an automatic cleaning on their part, then the stains in the carpet started to appear, so when we moved out, they had the nerve to charge me for total carpet replacement. That carpet may have appeared clean, when we moved in, but days later, the stains were coming through. I thought the parties at the pool, till wee hours in the morning were uncalled for, security?? What security that place is a joke!! Plain and simple. Horrible place.

My mom, my brother and I lived here for about 3 years and our overall experience was terrible. When you see an apartment, obviously it is beautiful but when we moved in, our appliances were mismatched which is not that big of a deal but you could tell it was not up to date. Then we had a major mold problem that was never taken care of which made us have to move to a different apartment in the complex. Their handy men came in and painted over the mold in the bathroom and told us to clean better. But week by week it was a struggle. Then in our next apartment they had to keep doing tests on it because there was radon in the apartment. No one informed us on the matter and eventually they installed vents to let out the bad air that we were inhailing, still no information was told on the matter. Overall this apartment complex is very poorly managed, dirty and we even had to go about a month without getting mail to our apartment because of a breakin. The office with computers and a printer never worked also. Don't do it. Too expensive for all the problems.

I Would Never Recommend These Apartments To Anyone, They Are Way Over Priced, The Management Sucks & Take Forever To Come Fix Things Up, I've Been Here For A While Now & I Honestly Wish I Never Moved Here. Trust Me When I Say DON'T MOVE HERE! You Will Regret It?? A Lot Of My Neighbors Have Moved/Are Moving Because This Place Really Sucks. It's Not Worth Your Time Or Money. You Can Find A Way Better Place Then This & For A Way Cheaper Price. Hope You All Find This Post Useful.
