First time living in an apartment but this place is very nice. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. Would recommend this complex to anyone seeking apartment living

Lived here almost two years and really enjoy it. The maintenance staff is friendly and prompt in handling any issues. Office staff is wonderful and so easy to work with. They continually update things around the community which is really nice. We love that the office staff continues to really bring the whole community together with little gatherings at the office almost monthly.

Management is great, very nice and helpful. Nice pool for families to go swimming. There is a fenced in dog are to take your dogs while your kids play on the playground. Also a great basketball court to play ball and play around on the concreted area. The apartments are wonderful and very spacious for the families to enjoy. Definitely recommend!

Willow Crossing is a nice place to live. They have a friendly and helpful staff, terrific community events, and a great workout room.

I was assisted by two ladies, Samatha and Z. They helped me tremendously throughout the couple of days. Amazing service and hospitality. Answered all my questions and anything else I needed assistance with. Definitely would recommend willows

We have lived here for over a decade, and since it changed from Garden Quarter to Willow Crossing it has just been downhill. They close work-orders on whims, give no notice on any changes, removed the keyless entry that was a big selling point, and gave less than 30 days that they were terminating our lease with no reason or cause.

They have found great landscapers and I love the layout and location of my apartment home. It feels like home.

The front office, especially the lady that sits at the front desk is extremely rude. I am a current resident and I asked about leasing options for another unit, The front desk lady stated to go away and I was told they would call me within 24 hours. Never got a response and then I contacted them a week later. I was told by the same lady that they were busy, they would contact me and I needed to wait. 3 months later I still have heard nothing from them. I apologize for being an inconvenience to your company, I just wanted a yes or no answer on if the unit you told me was available was still available. Yes or no is not hard.

I relocated to terre haute 2 months ago and decided to take a chance on Willow Crossings. So glad that I did! Katelynn in the office was super helpful at answering my dozens of questions and adjusting the timeline to get me in when I moved here. I have had a few minor issues since moving in, but Katelynn and the maintenance team were on top of it. Their communication has been refreshing. Overall, it’s a great place for your money! I love the location, I feel very safe for being in a new city, they have the best rated public elementary school in the district, and the grounds seem to be pretty well kept. The apartment itself isn’t going to be in a magazine, but I love the floor plan and the open concept. It has everything you could need and the bedrooms are spacious. You really can’t beat it for the price and location. My children love watching the squirrels play on the mature trees and birds splash by the pond. The only “negative” I’d share which probably isn’t a negative for most, is the internet. You have to use their contracted company and since I work from home, I like being able to shop around and find the best fit for me personally. The internet does seem to be average and on par for Terre Haute, though so no worries if you’re a remote worker like I am. I would definitely recommend Willow Crossings to anyone looking for an affordable place to call home in a wonderful location with great staff. Reach out to Katelynn and she’ll get you taken care of!

Just moved in and my experience with Katelynn has been wonderful. She helped my boyfriend and I find a last minute townhouse and we absolutely love it! Katelynn is extremely knowledgeable and professional (I thought she was the property manager when we left after our initial tour) and has been available and patient with all of my questions. I was in the industry for years, and know she is going to kill it. *give that girl a raise, and get her into a management position Townhouses here are very nice and spacious and the surrounding areas are interesting to say the least… mixes of homes and apartments in the different neighborhoods. So far so good - I will update this review in 6 months if any changes occur.

Lived in an upstairs studio at 1150G and it was perfect. Only reason I had to move is because of work but over all satisfied with the living conditions. Only thing to make note is if you need maintanence done you have to call in to their office of go in person and they'll get it done the day of. Also they do charge you alot of miscellaneous fees when you first move in. We also had to pay for our own keys to the mail boxes because previous residents took the keys. Also make sure to read the lease thoroughly or you will be locked in.

THE WORST OF THE WORST, they steal your money legally by locking you in a lease. the only thing they worry about is you paying their rent. Your experience, huh! they would never ask you about that. The office is super unproffesionally, I am wondering what kind of system they have up on their computers. They would threaten you filing an eviction if you dont pay rent by the 15th. They never ask you anything. It's not worth money at all. I had terribly year here. Their security is terrible, their maintanence is worse. Moreover, a policeofficer got shot and fell dead this summer in this place. It is not safe at all. I would rather pay couple more hundreds to have a better experience rather than living in this garbage community complex. I definately do not recommend it. you have to fill in a 30 days move out notice otherwise they'll put you on a new year lease automatically without even notifying you. Super super super unprofessional. Moreover, they threaten you by sending you to court. when I left this garbage, They never said thank you for renting with us, we wish you a better place, or like we hoped you had wonderful experience here, instead they threatend me with saying that any damages to their apartment will result in deduction to my deposit and I will not get it back. The staff in their office are rude af, and it's undescribable how rude they are. DONT RENT at THE Garden Quarter

Staff is AWFUL! The property manager will tell you they can come in your apartment whenever they want for whatever they want without giving you any notice! They refuse to fix things, even when you outlets start on fire! Owned by Cobblestone Crossing but the most unprofessional office staffing. The safety of the buildings mean nothing to them! I can't wait to move out of this place!
