Every home includes, full size washer/dryer, walk-in closets, 2 full baths, central heating and cooling, and cable and internet. Willow Crest welcomes pets! Your best buddy will love the ability to walk with you on the miles of sidewalks and greenspace throughout the community as well as play in our Bark Park. (Please inquire about our breed restrictive policy and pet agreement.) Two bedroom, 850 Square feet monthly rentals start at $1075 Two bedroom, 1000 Square Feet monthly rentals start at $1110 Three bedroom, 1150 Square Feet monthly rentals start at $1240 Amenity package of $215/mo. for cable, internet, trash, snow removal and maintenance. Residents pay electric, water, sewage, and gas utilities. All units are a standard 18-month lease term but you are able to sign a 12-month, lease as well. A $300 administration fee is required upon submission of application. Applications can be submitted online or in person with a payment of $80 per applicant 18+. $0 security deposit upon approved credit. We offer property/model tours, by appointment and walk in.
