I lived there for 7 years and i miss Vancouver in General
Apartments are huge and great prices. The office managers are so nice. They keep the apartment grounds clean and they are very pet friendly. Everytime I need something fixed its done fast.
Would love to move here but last time I called there is a wait list. The grounds are very pretty and it is well within walking distance to shops.
In 10 years 1999 - 2009 not much has changed. We were not very picky but the worst aspect of the place were residents - noisy inside and outside - LOUD MUSIC. I would like to rent over there again.

I love this place. I have lived here for 8 years. It is not fancy but it's nice. It has everything you need and it is affordable. I've had good neighbors most of the time and if someone moves and in is not a good neighbor, they don't last too long. We've had a couple different managers over the past 8 years and they have both been wonderful people. It is a great little community.
