We want to apologize for your experience. Heating and cooling efficiency is very important to us. If you can come by our leasing office, we'd love to address your concern in person.
My now wife and I lived at the Willow Meadow Townhomes for 5 years and never had any problems. Pet friendly with a beautiful pond on one side. Anytime something went wrong, it was promptly fixed or replaced. Great community room and fitness facilities, along with a dog park. Also, Vicki is the best!
