Willow Creek Apartments

We have felt misled by management. Free Internet that wasn't free. Directly charging for electricity instead of going through LES. Management is unresponsive to text messages. The apartments themselves are nice.

This is my third year living in this apartment complex. The location is very close to my workplace, schools/universities, church, mall, grocery stores, restaurants, fast foods, and the gym! The people in the leasing office are very friendly and accommodating. Any maintenance issues I had were resolved in a very timely manner! In addition, the apartment complex is very well maintained. Big old trees and a well-maintained lawn added beauty to the place. Furthermore, I like the wood fireplace and we enjoy using it during wintertime. My porch is my sanctuary during spring through summertime where I enjoy watching my plants grow and bloom, eat breakfast on the weekends while watching birds feeding off my birdfeeder, bees, and butterflies flying around! I am pleased that I live in this apartment!

The staff is amazing. The apartments are clean and spacious. The neighborhood is awesome. I love living at willow creek.

Willow Creek Apartments is a very nice, clean & quiet complex. The office staff are very friendly & resolve any issues quickly. Maintenance staff are also very nice & take care of any maintenance requests promptly & efficiently. The complex is well maintained throughout the whole year. Willow Creek Apartments are definitely a very nice place to live.

The apartment is beautiful as is the community. It is a great place for me and my kids.

All the staff are very nice and welcoming, and very helpful when there’s a problem. Maintenance is done in a timely fashion, you don’t have to wait long if you need something fixed. It’s in a good area with beautiful trees and scenery. I love that I have a fireplace in my apartment, and a balcony with the prettiest view. It’s also very quiet living here, which is so nice.

The apartments are very nice and clean. The maintenance team is fantastic and the grounds are very well kept. Very quiet and close to everything you need.

It’s the best place to live , it’s close to the hospital , and the best mall in Lincoln , very good place to rest after working and very good service thank you!!!

I’ve lived at Willow Creek going on 5 years now and I’ve never been so happy about living somewhere! The staff is nice and hard working, the apartments are spacious, and I haven’t had any problems with my neighbors!

Very attentive Property Management Group. Great location as well a Maintenance Crew keeping the grounds top notch!

Been dealing with these guys for some time. Tennants always blast loud music, nothing is done about it. Hallways smell like smoke. Constant problems with management raising rates. I lived here for six months and regretted it. They towed my car and won't refund me. Won't give back my deposit so I have to resort to this. Very dissatisfied.

This apartment has been a sweet relief compared to the problem apartments that I have previously lived in. It has a touch of home before you even move in with a rustic fire place. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment, and a large porch. This makes for convenience and relaxing comfort all in one. The location is near a lot of stores, places to go, restaurants, movie theatre with dream loungers, grocery stores, etc. You can't put a price on a quiet, comfortable, convenient atmosphere to live in.

My apartment is in a good location with pretty surroundings but....the garage has no electricity for which I pay extra. They say they can't put in a ceiling fan as there is no wiring to do so. Yet after peeking into the older lady's apartment next to me, she has a ceiling fan in her living room. So maybe her living here for 13 years has its perks? My Master bathroom has slowly but surely lost water pressure. The toilet screams when flushed. The stacked washer and dryer in the second bathroom is ancient of age and obviously an original when the place was built. When was it built? If the stone fireplace in the living room tells you anything, perhaps Night at the Museum is a clue. The kitchen is a one-bumper butt size. Not that I am complaining but suddenly last year one son moved in due to divorce and another a few months ago for pretty much the same reason. Thank goodness I have no more sons. The last son I speak of is camped out in the living room. Did I mention I have 2 cats? Yes, they allow cats. Regardless of my description I am comfortable enough for now and have been treated very well.
