I would strongly caution anyone considering moving here. What began as a comfortable home turned into an unsafe and hostile environment due to repeated tenant harassment that management chose to ignore. Despite multiple documented complaints, they failed to take meaningful action and instead used my reports against me. Their inaction didn’t just allow the harassment to continue; it encouraged it. Rather than protect tenants, management prioritized shielding themselves from accountability. I paid my rent on time, followed all rules, and tried to resolve issues through every proper channel. Yet I was treated as the problem simply for expecting peace and safety in my own home. If you value your well-being and expect management to take tenant safety seriously, look elsewhere. The lack of accountability here is alarming and harmful.

Wow! where do I begin? Not what I expected at all. I'm here 4 days and still haven't unpacked my things. Everyday has something to be fixed or "patched". The kitchen cabinets are old, painted over and over to hide the smell of mildew and old. The dishwasher can't believe it that they think it can be used. The air duct?
They will win you over with treating you like you're important for the first day, but once you're moved expect it to go downhill fast. The mail, trash, and water issues plague this community. You will constantly be fighting an uphill battle with all of these. Maintenance and their unwillingness to do anything for you is an entire other problem that is the forefront of this complex's many problems. The staff will treat you well when they first meet you, but following move in you are human garbage to them. I entirely regret moving here.

Very pleased living in this community! Quiet, clean complex, management responds quickly and issues are fixed very timely. And the security gate works 99.9% of the time! Ive lived in my share of rental communities in the area: most have had very poor management, gate was broken for weeks at a time, and staff seemed like they just didnt care about anything. This is an older complex but by far the best and most well run. Very happy living here and highly recommend.
I love living here and the staff is great. My clogged kitchen sink was fixed within 30 minutes of my request! My issues are always addressed in a timely fashion. Maintenance specialists Mel and Stephanie are friendly and professional.
Good location, nicely kept grounds, and good and friendly maintenance staff... BUT TERRIBLE soundproofing problems, tiny closet space (in our apartment especially), and a problem with those ugly permanent residents of The South- roaches!
Willeo Creek in Roswell is a great place to live. It is lovely and convenient to shopping , parks, churches, schools and doctors. Maintenance is excellent. I highly recommend Willeo Creek.

I never had to wait too long for maintenance service. They respond pretty fast each time.
Started out as a good place to live. The management placed a large family with small child right above me and everything changed. Most times management tries to make better placements of tenants to avoid these type of problems but they did not care. From the first day, there is noise all day and half the night, stomping, banging, junk and trash outside, loud music on the weekend. Management has been totally non responsive. It should be obvious since I had never made a complaint for over a year until the change. Their response is there is nothing they can do about people walking around (like I don't know the difference between walking and mayhem all day). Worse since I work from home and have to endure it all day. Don't move her if you are looking for peace and quiet!

I am very happy living at Willeo Creek. The office and maintenance is very friendly and treats everyone like family. Nice, quiet complex and beautifully maintained. Also very convenient to shopping and beautiful parks all close by.
Willeo Creek is a very nice community to live in.
Great amenities its an older apartment complex but inside is very spacious open floor plan and love the sun room. Wood floors in common areas and carpet in bedroom. Wood floors is nice to have but it doesnt help neighbors footsteps. The staffs are friendly.
Willeo Creek is lovely. It is pretty, clean, and convenient to shopping for food, clothing, merchandise , service stations, doctor offices, churches, and banks. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. I enjoy living here.
Willeo Creek Apartments are located in a large complex just inside of Fulton County. There are several amenities that we enjoy using. The apartment is well maintained. Our neighbors are nice and friendly. The management is quick to help and solve residents issues. It is a great place to call home.

I've lived at Willeo Creek for 11 years and have always found that the Manager and and staff are friendly. Maintenance is taken care of promptly. I would recommend this complex to anyone seeking a safe and stable environment.

Overpriced 'luxury' apartments, even with no price increase this year. Plus is location and maintenance team. BUT bigger minuses: our particular apartment ( we had one before with less drawbacks) is cramped on actual living space, and VERY noisy between floor... BAD sound insulation!

I have only been a resident since this past Saturday (so 6 days now) but all of the management/maintenance team has been really lovely to work with. They have been kind and efficient.

I've lived here since 2012 and it has been a wonderful experience so far and continues to get better. The office staff is friendly, helpful and they always have a smile on. They have done a great job bringing the community together for events and making improvements around the neighborhood. This is one of the best teams they have had here in a while!

My roommate and I were in desperate need of an apartment, and at the time, we thought Willeo Creek would do just fine. Unfortunately, this complex came up short for us in the end, with few to no redeeming qualities. First off, we were shown an apartment that wasn't exactly like the floor plan we would be getting, but the Willeo Creek employee promised us it would be very similar. NOPE. What we saw was spacious and cozy with a nice fireplace and sunroom. What we ended up with? Small and drab with some weird quasi-sunroom that was a waste of space and could have just been knocked out to make the living room larger. Also - and maybe this is normal, but to me it definitely wasn't - there weren't any overheard lights in the living room or either of the bedrooms, making the entire apartment annoyingly dark. Our first major problem we dealt with (almost immediately after moving in)? German cockroaches. A ton of them. I get that bugs happen, but there really shouldn't be a way for that many roaches to get into an apartment. The German cockroach infestation finally stopped, but all year we continued to spot those less abundant but still gross giant brown roaches in our place with no idea where they could be coming from. The next major problem we had: annoying upstairs neighbors. I understand the complex has no control over the people who live above us, but they could at least acknowledge our many noise complaints. Because when your upstairs neighbor is constantly yelling at the top of his lungs at his wife and children and playing loud music at 2am, you would think the apartment complex would attempt to do something about it. But not Willeo! They're too concerned with turning our water off without telling us to deal with bothersome neighbors. I've tried to tell myself over and over again that things could have been worse, and really, they could have. Because the location was still good (right across the street from a Kroger and right down the road from historic downtown Roswell), and I generally felt very safe within the complex. But if I had the chance to do it all again, Willeo would be at the bottom of my list of potential abodes.
