Property Ratings at Willamette Park
This was a nice place to live. However, something changed. They no longer have an office open, everything is done online. Because no one is on the property, it has gone way down hill. They also used to have security patrols, but that is gone as well. We now no longer feel safe on the property. Kids run amok. People come and go at all hours. Packages get stolen right from your doorsteps as well as from the mail boxes. The trash areas used to be well kept, but now get overrun with garbage. People just throw things in the dumpster areas instead f in the dumpster. any time you reach out to the office (via phone or email) they are uncaring and only concerned about photo or video proof of someone breaking the lease agreement. Their number one go to in communication is, if you are caught you will be evicted. No matter what it is they are talking about. They use eviction as the fear factor in their communications. When we first moved here, they had two staff members on site. Now no one is on site. Stay away. It is no longer safe here.

Willamette park is one of the nicest, most friendly apartments Ive lived in The staff is very friendly, nice, and always willing to help you with any needs without any aggressive tone The apartments alone and the environment around me is beautiful!

overall im satisfied with where I live. honestly if I had the option I would have picked a different unit that wasn't right off Wallace road, the cars driving by 24/7 is a little annoying

very good experience living here so far. I enjoy our apartment. the noise of the cars driving by is not very pleasing but I understand living right off the road cant get much better. another thing I don't enjoy so much is some of our neighbors slamming the door, its very loud and disturbing but I couldn't tell who is it that doesnt get doors can be disturbing for other people.

Sometime in the past year or two management changed and it has been all down hill since then. I enjoy the apartment complex itself, just don't expect to be able to park easily or invite friends over. Management seems to be gone half the time "helping sister locations." Whenever communications are sent out you feel like a child being lectured, I can respect the need for reminders but the lack of professionalism is quite clear. Don't expect to utilize the gym regularly. The whole five pieces of equipment are probably older than all the kids that live here, the treadmills rarely work, and you are lucky if water cups are available. For your money, find somewhere else to live.

I’ve lived here for two years and do not enjoy it one bit. Management are the special type of people that give themselves 5 star ratings on Google but send emails every week complaining about how difficult their jobs are to residents. You will find more intellect in the dog turds that cover the property than in the management. Our option to sign a shorter lease was revoked this year because management cannot keep the apartments filled and cannot afford to lose more residents. They are inconsiderate and lack basic empathy. I dread having to interact with these people because they are so consistently unpleasant. I am surprised with the lack of professionalism in the office as well and cannot understand why they encourage us to leave reviews for the property as it doesn’t seem in their best interest. Nicole, Casey maybe this isn’t the right line of work for you. Please stop complaining about your job to your residents. And thanks for being “the backbone of our community”. Here’s that review you’ve been asking for. The property is nice. Lots of trees make it very pretty throughout the seasons. There is not enough parking and too high a price for it. The walls are thin. If you have someone above you, you will hear them sneeze. The dumpster fires have stopped though, that is nice. There’s only one way in and out of the complex which causes traffic certain times of day. All in all there is probably a better deal out there and if I’ve saved you a conversation with the management team you are welcome ??. Good luck finding your future home!

Walls are paper thin. You can hear all noise from your neighbors. Not a good place for kids. We were harassed constantly by our downstairs neighbor for walking in our apartment during the day. Management did nothing to help us with our awful neighbors. We left shortly after arriving and found this is a commen occurrence at this place. I believe they are running a shady business practice and trying to collect outrageous early termination fees. Not to mention this place is expensive, and they have hidden fees every month for "other." They also lied about having air conditioning and bookshelves in every unit. Only remodeled units have them. In short, do not rent here.

The description starts out with "ITS SO EASY...LOOK...LEASE" this place is not easy. No place is easy. Not when companies own housing that makes it hard for anyone to be approved. You will find that if you wish to live here you will need to make 3 times the rent to be approved at all. If you aren't able to do that you can get a co-signer. But the big catch here is the co-signer must make 4 times the rent per month. Personally I don't know if many people in this day and age that make 3-4 grand a month. Even large cities like Los Angeles don't have insane restrictions such as these. If you want to be approved be prepared to try and find someone to live with before you even attempt to apply here or anywhere for that matter. As a disability veteran it seems I'd have a much better chance of buying a home then renting an apartment here or anywhere.

Love this apartment complex. It's quite and has got me singing "a whole neeeew world." Only problem is there isn't a whole lot of parking. But the views are wonderful along with the managers. They throw parties every now and then. Not to mention they hook you up with a discount on a gym. Kinda expensive, but if you can find a place for cheaper with this quality I'd call you a miracle worker.
