Absolutely love this community. Have rarely had any issues, and when I have maintenance is always fast to fix it at all hours. The staff is always nice and welcoming when speaking with them, and the amenities have been amazing with no issues.

I genuinely enjoy living here and I’m being truly honest, the apartments it self have such an amazing modern look to it as well as the bed rooms are spacious just the same as the private bathrooms. I love the amenities this place has to offer it really feels like a luxury.

Wildwood is great the office is so helpful and it feels like a safe community! The maintenance staff is friendly and knowledgeable! The rent is fair and the utility package is very convenient!

I have yet to move in but through the entirety of my lease singing with all complications the staff helped me effectively and efficiently! Everytime I called there was someone reaching out even faster

When I moved in I put so many work orders and they were all opened and closed. It took going to the office and calling multiple times for one of the work orders to even be done. When you try to speak to the manager he is "never available".

Apartment was in poor condition at move in. Mold in the bathroom, peeling paint, and overall, very dirty. At move out, they charged us an outrageous fee to fix/clean up the items even though we provided phots showing it was pre-existing. Do not rent here.

I love wildwood! Maintenance is timely. Staff is amazing. Amenities are great!! Units are spacious and such open floor plans. I like all of the special events they hold too.

Rooms and closet space are super spacious and the community is inviting. The complex keeps the neighborhood maintained and clean. The gym and pool are also awesome.

I love it here at WildWood, only downside is that every unit does not have private balconies or patios, only select ones do. However the amenities are amazinggg.

Very convenient area! I love the pool and the rooms and how they are set it! Especially having my own bathroom!! One issue that I have had are bugs but that is really it they do have bug sprayers that come out every Friday so if that is an issue just let them know and you will be put on the list! Admin is very polite!

Love living here! Very nice apartments and close to the store. The gym and pool are very nice also. I also really like that it is gated. The rooms are very comfortable but I recommend getting a mattress topper before moving in

My experience so far has been great. I have a good amount of space, the trash pickup is really nice, and I love the ammenities. However, maintenance still has not fixed an ongoing issue and we still cannot use our downstairs bathroom.

Apartment complex and amenities are amazing, they definitely make staying here worth it. Roommates and I did have some issues with moving in, but they were all eventually resolved. Overall very homey feeling

It’s nice, some hiccups but fine. The staff is very nice and attentive. There are some things wrong with our apartment aesthetics such as paint drips and cracked cabinet but it’s fine.

Parking is easy, the location is perfect, and the rooms are nice. Its a very nice change to be by myself rather than in the dorm. I seriously think that my favorite thing is that when I park, I am so close to my door as opposed to a 7 minute walk in the dorm.

Lovely place! Super clean! But slow wifi, work orders take a while to complete, washer and dryer aren’t the best, and parking spots are very limited and tiny.

Wildwood is a great and beautiful To live. This is one of the best student living places that I have seen. I’ve been living here for three years now and I absolutely love it every time I walk outside I feel like I am living at a resort.

I have put in multiple work orders, none of which have been completed. Apartment was filthy upon move in. Like the proximity to campus and the buses. Complex is nice

Very nice apartment with great amenities. This includes a nice lounge with study areas, outdoor activites and indoor gym. Staff is very easy to contact and they are reliable and punctual.

The house is pretty messy and there is paint all over the floors when moving in, it is very obvious that they rushed it. The townhouses are not consistent with how "nice" they are. For example, my friend's townhouse has carpet in his room (bottom floor) and mine doesn't.

Everyone is helpful and kind when you call for assistance. Calls are returned with great follow up. Move in day was not a good as I hoped it would be - Josh was great and fast at getting the issues corrected.

Its a vey nice property and I have been enjoying my time here. It is a nice distance to LSU and you are given a lot of amenities. It is a bit pricey.

Wildwood is so great. Very nice staff and easy move in instructions. Move in day is so so close and i'm so excited to finally be out of the dorms.

I love all the amenities and I think it is a great place to live! All the people are very nice and respectful. I have heard the wifi goes in and out sometimes but other than that it is great.

Wildwood is a great place to live as an LSU student. The rooms are spacious and the amenities are great! The 24/7 gym and study room are my favorites as well as the pool.

Lots of great amenities. The parking can be a little annoying but you can usually get a very close spot to your apartment. Spacious rooms and closets

Its been something I'll tell you. Couple downs because of resurfacing and randomness, but a few ups that didn't make me to disappointed. I enjoy my roomates a lot and we made a lot of memories that we can't forget. The place is really nice and very spacious for me and my cat.

No complaints a great place to live for student hosing it’s a bit pricy but works well for the amenities. There could be better communication methods for residents and staff

Great communication throughout the move in process, amazing pool and gym and I love how it is already fully furnished. I am excited to spend my sophomore year at lsu living in wildwood.

The office and maintenance always help out as soon as they can which I appreciate. I also love going outside at my apartment complex whether it’s to the pool or in the community grassy areas.

Wildwood is a nice place but the wifi always had problems and the printer was broken a lot of the time. Like the pool gym and sand volleyball court though!
