Love the building, its absolutely gorgeous and is SUPER aesthetically pleasing. Love the large balconies and floor to ceiling windows. It is a new building so we are still waiting on some features and amenities, like the dryer in the pet spa and trash cans in common areas. I’m eager to see those come in!

I love the dog treats in the lobby and all the plants! The gym is well-stocked with lots of quality equipment and space for multiple people to be working out simultaneously. The unit is clean, bright, and the storage is ample. The roof and the views are beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful.
On the outside and during the tour, Wilder looks great. Once you're moved in and dealing with the nitty gritty, it's less than satisfactory. Between broken appliances, broken finishes and an overworked maintenance team, this was clearly a beautifully designed but poorly finished and greatly rushed building.

The Wilder apartments have been great for my new home in Denver. Very centrally located to Sloans Lake and Mile High Stadium. The gym, communal space, and roof top plunge pool are amazing. The roof top has excellent views of the city. Staff is very friendly and welcoming to the community. Apartment is updated and clean.
