I truly have enjoyed living here the past 3 weeks. I found Wilco on Zillow. All communication was done virtually as I was on the east coast. I moved in site u seen and everything was as pictured online! It smells great In the building. Truly appreciate the dog park and all the amenities. I am very pleased with my apt. Very spacious for a studio!

My experience as a Wilco resident has been nothing short of amazing. The building is incredibly clean, safe, and welcoming. The management staff is so friendly and approachable and made me feel at home from day 1. I've loved taking advantage of the amenities and programs that Wilco offers, such as the gym, pool, and free yoga classes every other Wednesday. Thank you Wilco!

Living in Wilco is an amazing experience. Building is well maintained. Neighbor is nice and quiet. Staff is very on point. They are willing to help you and wants to get the job done quick and the right way. When I looking for new apartments, I spoke to many leasing staffs at variety of managment. Wilco is awesome. A real hidden gem with full concrete bones, so noise is relatively minimal. Staff is awesome and friendly. The 800 sq ft 1 BR is a very unique and open floorplan with floor to ceiling windows, which is very adaptable and great for plants.

Living at Wilco so far has been great! My leasing agent, Tonya, has been so helpful through the whole process. The staff is so nice and even the other tenants are pleasant. Although its not in the best neighborhood, I feel completely safe in this building. Its also a short drive or walk to several great restaurants. I love the big windows and all the wonderful amenities!

Wilco has been amazing from the leasing staff at move in to the security team when simply passing by going on a walk. The interiors are beautiful, the floor plans make sense. Move in was super simple with a reserved loading zone and reserved elevator. Tonya was super communicative and very good at her job. The views are amazing!

Wilco has such a great atmosphere. The design of the building and the floor plans of the apartments are so unique, and the management/leasing staff is so much fun. They make everything so easy! It felt like home when I toured, and it still feels that way now that Im moved in and settled.

WILCO staff have made my move-in incredibly easy and very exciting, actually. They have been extremely helpful with all my inquiries, and extra apartment set-ups. The building is brand new so there is a very exciting vibe going on. I'm delighted to be a new tenant in a new building because we are starting this adventure together. The neighborhood is very calm yet walking distance to stores or great restaurants. I simply cannot wait to swim in the brand new pool and enjoy cocktails on the 24/7 rooftop terrace. The building will also host musical & film events which will make this leasing experience even more joyful for our community. I couldn't be happier.
