Property Ratings at Whispering Pines
I was Mis-lead into believing the property manager in that this was a non-smoking building I moved into. The neighbor continually smokes in the apartment above me which drifts through and around the vents and flooring. Plus I didn’t find out until after I signed the lease the previous tenants smoked.
